The sleeve are a rubber texture to them.

What happens is the Pelvic Floor Muscles become too weak to hold back when you stretch allowing for a stretch with no muscular interference. You can also make this happen with the Reverse Kegel as in DLD Blasters.

Hey DLD, what's your opinion on fluid build up?? Good or Bad??

The only reason (I've done this a few times) I woke up with FR is because I fell asleep with my girth ring on top of my sleeve. I cut one 1'inch from the sleeve and used it as a cock ring but it's not as tight as a CR. I usually wear after my workout for a while.

I've never thought of pumping while wearing a sleeve...but does seem like something worth trying.
