I missed your question nerd, my apologies. I have been doing my routine at least 5 days a week and sometimes 6, depending on the honey do list. I have been reminding myself to do kegels during the day but it has not become habit yet. I am doing 140 wet jelqs prior to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session. I am also using the PF on an average of 8 hours a day. I also use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for bundled and BTC stretches and recently started hanging using 5# for 20 minutes. I have a thread in the progress section to keep track of what I am doing and it has gotten fairly long.
