Glad you had some time off and bounce back so quickly, it is a very good example to Brothers when they see us take time off and have the discipline to get back in. Sometime time off can turn into a permanent thing. If taking a break it is so important to push yourself back into training as soon as break is done.

Makes it easy for swings/cranks, plus safe cuz all I have to do is squat a little to take-away the weight

Not a bad idea....lucky for me I have a TON of weighted plates lying around the house, begging to be lifted by my COCK!
