I'll take the pumping recommendation under advisement. A couple of questions:

1. How many times/week would you recommend I pump and for how long?
2. Should I replace the clamping/jelquing with this or should I come up with some combo workout?
3. Finally, what's your position on the debate about whether it makes a difference how hard you stay while in the tube?

Brian, the routine you mentioned sounds good ... hit it and see how that bitch goes and if you need help than PM me if you like.

Regarding all this steroid 'juice' crap ... just because someone is well defined and built doesnt mean they resorted to that shiet ... its a factor of many things .. okay genetics play a part but much of it is DEDICATION, EFFORT, BELIEF and DIET ... you do not grow in the gym but with REST and DIET.

I have changed allot in my appearance over the last 7 months since starting weights.

Went from 10.5 stone [around 145lbs] to what I pack now which is 12 stone [around 170lbs] so that is very good gains and with NO STEROID either.

I consume plenty of carbs and protein at the right times.

Belive in yourself and have fait ... stick to it and you WILL SEE GAINS ... my strength has gone through the roof now and once I reach 13-13.5 stone [around 190lbs] I can start smashing back into rugby.

1. I'd advise 7 days a week if you could. I try to do it as many days as possible. Do it one hour a day, no more, no less, unless it's a special occasion and you want to impress a special someone with a bit more girth, then go for another 30 minutes. The most important thing for you to do when pumping is DON'T GO OVER 4 hg, it really won't help, and might actually hurt you in the long run. Around 3 hg is like bread and butter for me, and I often hover right around it. You should feel like you're getting slightly sucked off, but not sucked on. After a month of experimenting you will know what I mean by the sucked off, sucked on feeling.

2. No, add pumping as a supplement if you can. Don't quit other exercises if you don't have to.

3. It's better to be hard, trust me, you can just feel it. But it's fine if you are "soft", as you will still have a forced hardon, as the CC and CS are still expanded beyond the soft size based on how much pressure you have.

You don't need to stay hard manually in the pump, I usually just let it sit.

I am already quite big according to some standards but i also have this nasty BDD so i see myself as very small even despite having close to 19" arms and being 235+pounds at 5.9 so.... i'm doing it.

Growth hormone is a whole other ball-park, that stuff really is poison and it will kill, especially if one also uses insulin but hey mate...you know all of this.

Yes, BB starts at the fridge, that much is 100% correct, which equates into about 60% of getting big, the damn diet and cardio, then there is rest..another 20% and only about 20% that remains is the lifting part.

Yes, i'm guilty of going the easy way in the near future... I should know better but then again... I do know better... i'm researching this "stuff" for years and at a bio-molecular level so i certainly know what i'm talking about.

this is just inspirational all across the board...i myself have taking a break from the gym and pe...trying to get back into both...seen progress in both...but like you said life got in the way...wanted to ask you do you think that jelqing device really works...i think i read that you did promotion for them...but did it really work for you or you already made most of your gains through other measures? keep it up

No biggie, Mike. I hear you about the BDD. I have a mild case of it myself. I'm 6-3, 230, and often feel like I'm too skinny. On the other hand, I feel like my physique makes my dick look to small. Kind of like a Catch-22, lol. Anyway, at 5-9, 235 you are already HUGE! Be careful with the juice. You have to think about your longterm health! Best of luck...

I primarily use the PJ to warm up prior to clamping or pumping. So it's hard for me to say whether it has made a difference in my Penis Enlargement regimen. I will say that nothing has worked all that well for me when it comes to girth. I've been at Penis Enlargement for almost 8 years and only gained about 1/4" in girth, most of that in the very beginning from pumping, I believe. I've done a little better with length -- again in the very beginning, but from jelqing.

I will say, though, that the PJ does give a good stretch and a nice pump when you use it in place of regular hand jelquing. Just be careful that the rollers stay on and that you don't become too erect. When I had the first generation PJ, one of the rollers came off slightly and I got a small cut on my shaft. No fun! Another time, I became so hard and jelqed so intensely with the PJ that spots of blood came out of the tip of my dick. So be careful. You can definitely get a powerful jelq with the PJ. But you have to pay full attention to what you're doing.

Well, there will always be something that comes up during the week. For example, last night was my friend's birthday and my girl came over. We partied and then we made love, talked, then made love some more for a few hours. So I didn't get to pump last night, although my girlfriend jelqed me off really good.

The idea is to aim for seven days, although it rarely ever gets done seven days in a row. For sure don't do it any less than 5 times a week.
