I'm about six weeks into my new IPR workout and I thought it was about time that I posted a few pix.

-- The first two pix are of me warming up with the Jelq Device at the beginning of my second session in a split Penis Enlargement workout.

-- The third pic is me in the airclamp for one of my three 10-minute sets during this second session.

-- The fourth pic is of me measuring my girth while clamped, midshaft. At this point in the workout, I was a little more than 1/4" thicker than normal at this location on my shaft.

-- The fifth shot is one of me (attempting) to measure my base after removing the clamp. I am normally about 1/2" to 5/8" thicker at the base than mid shaft when fully erect. Unfortunately, it was hard to get a good read because I was taking the pic and trying to hold the tape at the same time, but I measured about 6.5" at the base at this point.

-- The final shot is me wearing my Therawrap [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] at the end of the workout. Anyone else have any luck with these split sessions? Would appreciate any feedback from seasoned vets. Thanks in advance.

Brian, your penis is getting monstrous. I always enjoy seeing pics of other guys I know are tall and have a big frame, but you sir are just RIPPenis EnlargementD. That's great that you have kept your body in such good shape. You are very close to 6" midshaft girth, in a few months you will no doubt have it. Btw, have you ever pumped?

Thanks for the confidence, 10inch. I hope you're right about the 6" mid-shaft. I'd be happy to get there. As for pumping, yes, I did try it when I first started Penis Enlargement some years ago. In fact, I attribute what little girth gains I've gotten over the years to pumping. Problem is, it wore my dick out. Started to weaken my erections, unlike clamping which seems to make them harder if I don't overdue it. I've messed around with pumping from time to time over the years since then, but nothing sustained or consistent. Who knows, maybe it's hard for me to gain without losing some rigidity in the short term. Hell of a trade off!

If so... what has been your favorite poison ? I'm planing on loosing my cherry this year after about 6 years researching the hell out of the pros and cons of each.

Any pointers for a fellow BB. ?? Hormone wise and diet wise and such ?

I just HAVE to lower my bodyfat by at least 10% QUICK... :blush:

What was your routine like and how much pressure did you use?
 
Looking very good, both body and dick ... great progress mate. Its been a VERY longtime since I have spoken to you ... hows life going mate?

Do you find it easier with regards to Penis Enlargement than BB? I find Penis Enlargement easier .. had to ask.

Hey Mike,

Never messed with the juice. I'm a health nut who's been working out for many years consistently. Workout intensity and diet is key. Got to get enough protein -- builds muscle AND keeps you lean. PM me if need more details.

Well, when I initially messed around with pumping some years ago, I'm pretty sure I was using too much pressure. I had one of those SF Pumps without a gauge. Everything was cool until a month or so in and I started to notice that things weren't as rigid as I was used to. So I quit Penis Enlargement altogether. A year or so later I discovered natural Penis Enlargement and gave that a go -- jelqing primarily and some squeezes. I think I gained about 3/4" here in length, but no girth. So I moved up to an electric with gauge, and kept it at 5 hg. Again, before I could realize any gains, started having erections that weren't as firm so I left it alone. So now I'm back to mixing in manual pumping with my clamping from time to time just for a change of pace. The clamping doesn't seem to bother things unless I simply wear my unit out, lol. But I never pump enough to create problems. And when I do pump, I always keep pressure at 5 hg.

It has been a while. I took a number of long breaks from Penis Enlargement because life got in the way, hard to find privacy with folks around, etc., etc. But for the past six weeks or so I've given it another go with the clamping routine I described above. So what do you think of the idea of doing my split routine (a total of 6 x 10 minute clamping reps, divided into two sessions), 1 day on, 2 days off?

As for bodybuilding, I've been at it for so long that it just feels natural to me. In terms of results, I've definitely had an easier time with the bodybuilding. But as we get older, maybe we realize more success from Penis Enlargement! At least I'm hoping that may be the case, lol.
 
very nice gains. as for the juice if ur on about steroids mate ur talking out ur backside. u cannot get into the condition ur in without them my friend why lie. uve been on the growth hormorne every thing to get muscle conditioning like u have.

Its called dedication, commitment, hard work and patience. You're a retard if you think he juiced, their are many roid free people with amazing physique's and I hate them getting accused of so.

Yes, you are right about one thing: Why would I lie on what's essentially an anonymous board? No, I haven't tried any juice or growth hormone. Just years of dedication, lots of protein, and good genetics I guess.
