hi all, first off i can see how this would work, if someone was to pull on my neck every day for a very very long time then im sure it would stretch in the end, so pulling on the penis for long enough will eventually have the same effect, to be honest i tryed the beggining routine only a few hours ago and didn't like it at all, i thought ide give it a try because ive been hearing about jelquing for some time now but never thought too much about it till recently i find this site, anyway the routine was streight forward to follow but i had problems with grip so used alot of baby powder which did help, also i got alot of pain from griping the end and it felt like i was nipping it which was very uncomfy, and another thing trying to keep the semi erect state while gropeing your member is hard causing me to go fully erect even though the pain was bad, causing me to have to wait about 30 to 60 seconds for it to go back to were i want it to be before starting the next part, 3 sets of each exercise took me like an hour , then there was the jelqing , that wasn't bad to tell you the truth and then the pc muscles kegal or something wich wasn't too bad either, anyway ive read abit on here and the gains of 1 to 2cm ive read of in a period of like a month is utter shite to tell you the truth and is never worth the work that has been put into getting it, DLD says hes now 10.5 inch wow great wouldent we all want one that big but how long before he got it? years? years of doing this every day maybe 2wice aday its far too much to be doing, i have a gf and kids and been in the bath room all this time every day is going to be too much and there going to think im wanking my brains out when im actually pulling my cock off trying to stretch it, also the ball stretching hurts and can still feel now acheing. anyway thats my rant and im sure alot of you are going to tell me to go fuk myself but these are serious questions , if i did get convinced that this could work would the gains be worth it? im happy to try and do the routine for 2 months but if i get 2cm in 2 month then i'll be fuked off from the pain i gone through for 2cm.

By the sounds of it, what is the point of us trying to prove ourselves to you when it seems you have already made up your mind about Penis Enlargement without even trying it out for a longer period of time.

It works I've gained 1.5 inches in length and .7 inches in girth. But it took me years. Its hard work and if you can't cut it, much like working out, you won't gain and reach your potential

It took me 5.5 months to gain 4cm length and 1cm girth...I worked every day 1hr stretching each day. Together with that I did my jelqing so I edged orgasms aswell...

i am a brit yes and can see that my first 2 posts wern't the best and i'm sorry for been a dick :) and monet sorry for tellin you to stfu ;)

alot of you guys seem to have started with 6.5 to 7.5 inch in lengh and 5 to 5.5 inch girth and that is good to start with, im around 5.75 and 4.5 so not too small to be honest but not too big either, i'll do i proper measurment soon to find out for sure.

A few words of advice-

-You should NEVER seek or go through pain while doing Penis Enlargement. Pain while you're doing Penis Enlargement is a sign that you're doing something wrong and potentially damaging.

2, ive made a jelqing machine just like you see on ebay using a jar lifter and works pretty well but was wondering if it was better to do the jelqing by hand?

3, also today ive read that you shoulden't do the pe every day and should give your self off days for the tissue or something to have time to recover, i also read that it only takes 24 hours to recover but i cant pick and choose the times i do it, it could be 20 hours of 30 hours depends when i did it the day before?

4, the first couple times i did the program i got little red dots on the head, they have gone now but im guessing i was going to hard yes?
 
Actually, the little red dots are pretty common; not much more than a few burst capillaries. Not much to worry about...unless they never go away.
 
SYL3R whatever you can do when you can do it will be beneficial to you..some days you might get in extra time some days you might have to cut it short..but just stay in the frame of mind as long as your doing something!...obviously the more time you put in..the quicker you will see results..but some people gain on doing less..some have to put in countless hrs just to see fractions of what other sees..it is depending on the individual..and everyone is different when it come to rest days..if you want to take a day off..that is up to you..let the soreness go away or let things heal is fine..and it doesn't have to be a whole 24 hour window before you start working again..hope this helps

You really need to do the stretches as well. The redness around the glans is something I get to, i've read different things on what grip to use whilst stretching. I've heard that you should grip just below the head, and i've heard that you should grip the actual head and pull (which is what I do).

But yeah, the redness shouldn't indicate a problem, it goes away every single time for me.

You can use a small towel to pad your grip. Use only enough of a grip to maintain a stretch.

You should be doing some kind of stretch. Why would you need to do that many jelqs. Focus on quality reps and making slow, regular increases.

One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.

To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.
 
im glad people are actually replying :) , big al > 1000 jelqs was just a random number to be honest lol sorry , but im more in control of jelqs than i am with the stretches and i thought if the jelqing alone would increase it then i would do that many aday.

i seem to be wanting it to grow like an inch aday lol and im pulling really hard and getting pain, i will take it slow and try to keep it up, .
