Sounds like a Good routine my friend, biggest one for me was bundled stretches, they unlock the available gains so are a must

Bundled stretching is probably the most gainful exercises I ever created. They’ve been around since 2004 but they didn’t really takeoff until around 2015. But yes they are the Tunica buster, this allows people to make gains so much faster than in the past.
 
Well gone up to hanging 8.8lbs as of last night, damn can feel that stretch, can see me stopping it this weight for some time

10lbs is the most I’ve hung and it’s pretty intense for me. My body still hasn’t given me the go ahead to add more weight.

I was kind of stalled out until I finally took DLD advice of using a heating pad. I’m not sure if you’ve tried it but I integrated one and started growing again.

I’ve been trying to tell people for 20 years that the heating pad isn’t one of the smartest things someone can use in PE
 
Not quite got to 10lb,currently at 9.8lb and feeling not too bad, does for me depend all on wrap and how I clamp. Not really done heat pad but do usually do manual stretching as a warm up to start before hanging

Well measured BPFSL last night, in May I was around 7.3", last night I measured 7.9", so maybe not seeing totally in ercet my gains but in stretch flaccid I am.

Well had my first night off hanging last night although did 30mins manual stretching before hitting it again today.think needed it as getting some fatigue

Moved to hanging 10.8lbs now for 20mins twice a day and 3 times at weekends.

Well hours hanging today across 3 x 20mins sessions of 10.8lbs, must say I can see me sticking at this weight for a while, starting to get seriously heavy. Just need to increase my manuals and hope that my previous long journey of manual stretching isn't slowing down any hanging gains

Make sure when you get that fatigue you ride it as long as possible. There’s no better time to get longer than when you’re in a state of fatigue

That’s great to know. Many men don’t understand this concept but when the penis is in a state of fatigue or refractory there’s no better time to stretch.
 
Bad hang ton ight, forgot to squeeze blood out of head, started to hurt during but tried to wade through it only to give up and take it off, next thing my dick is full of purple blotches like I've had an extreme bathmate session as blood capillarys burst. Sore now arghhh

Get in some good deep tissue massage where you have the purple blotches and this should help them go away quicker. Yes it’s always a good idea to get all the blood out of your head before doing any kind of suppression work. It’s a good thing you didn’t get a blister.
 
Well had yesterday off and healed pretty well by today, scan feel some internal bruising or pain but back on hanging today and manual stretches, all went well so back on the game, onwards and upwards
