I've been keeping a kind of journal from the time I started Penis Enlargementing. And thought that now was the time to get involved more actively in the forum. So I'm coping the whole thing into this thread.
I started Penis Enlargementing 3. May 2004, have been Penis Enlargementing a little some years ago. But ever more than a month at the time, and I don't believe this activity to have had any difference on my size.
When I started this time it was only Jelqing, 30 min 5 days on and 2 off, as I got up in the morning. Did this for 5 weeks before starting my stretching workouts. The reason for this was lack of info. Didn't find this or any forum before then. Have at the moment all most been stretching for 4 weeks. Have not been measuring up a lot, actually I've only got one and thats what I'm going from. Don't want to go overboard with the measuring, I fell that it would kill my motivation. So I'm waiting a couple of months before a measure again. All that being said I'll start the copy of my journal.

Started with workout of 20-30 min of Jelqing per day, 5 days on and 2 days off.

Started stretching in the bath, 3 sessions with the directions: straight up, straight out, left, right and down. Plus doing Pee-pulls.

Stretching routine: 30 sec stretches in the directions: down-left, down, down-right, straight up followed by 30 cranks. The next couple of weeks I'll tryout a routine where I stretch before and after Jelqing. Going for length at the moment. Can without a doubt feel that I'm getting a harder erection when I'm Penis Enlargementing. I still don't know if I'm getting any gains, but keeping positive. I don't expect to get any bigger that 8"x6" but lets just see what happens. Have found some great forums where I'm reading a lot.(This is where I find [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] thank god!) I expect to stop Penis Enlargementing when I start studying in the summer, but time will tell.
Thoughts for my future workout: Will do 3 sets of stretches in/after my bath. Followed by 30 min of Jelqing. Then 3 sets of stretches again, maybe some other stretches that the newbie ones. Finnish off with 15 min of clamping, if I can take it then 3 sets of this. Just need to find the right pressure for this so I don't get any injuries. Maybe some advanced routines on girth after Jelqing and before stretching again. Have to search [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] for some good routines on Girth.
Don't know how far I can take this? My gf doesn't think its a good idea and she can't really take anymore length. But I'm convinced that more girth will mean more pleasure for her! But that maybe just my own wish. Think I'm just going to wait and see what happens when I start gaining.
But in a way I fell that it's sad that I can't really commit myself a 100% to Penis Enlargementing. And don't really know if I should just tell her that I'm Penis Enlargementing or keep quiet?

Just got back from a great weekend with my gf. Have made the observation that if she is wet there is no problem with more Girth. And she had no problem with my lenght as it is. Only in some positions. So I'm going to continue my Lenght work.
It was hard not training today, but I'll keep to the 5 on 2 off routine, I really believe thats whats best for me.
Have to look into this RoP maybe it could help me in my workout, and give me a bigger load.
Have been looking into all the exercises on clamping, should be really good for Girth work. So I'm going to try and expand this part of my workout when I'm ready for it. I also have to find something better to use as a clamp.(Was using only string) At the moment it's very hard to control how hard I'm clamping.
The more I'm reading about this RoP the more I want one! If it can help that much with your load and injuries it's something if got to have! I just don't know where I should get all the materials to build one. I'll have to ask some people in the forum and see if they can help me.

Just finished my first 1 hour+ workout. My hands are so tired that it's hard writing. During my clamping I had a hard time keeping my erection. Have to find something better that the string I'm using, can't really control how hard. Really starting to think about writing all of this in the forum.

Another day with a 1 hour+ workout. Almost no red dots although I worked it hard. So it really pays of warming up and down. I fell like I've held the pumped look most of the day. Think this is because of the clamping. I really think this helps keeping the changes that I make during the workout.
I'm getting more and more convinced that I can make quick gains. Yesterday I thought that I could see a difference, but I'm not going to measure for a while yet. Thought I would wait until my vacation.

A long workout again today, but got a pretty big dot mid shaft. But only one of them, so I'm not worried. Still going to try and make a full workout tomorrow. I can really fell my dick getting tired from the hard workout. At the start of the week there was no pain when a started, but as the days went by the pain went up. This is not going to stop my intense workout plan though. I really believe that it is the way for quick gains.
I have a theory that I'm going to get quick gains because I fell the stretch on the topside, in almost every direction. So I think that the rest of my dick is "ready" or already bigger. But is being held back by the topside. Not something I'm sure of more just a theory. Have to see what the guys in the forum has to say about it.
