Ok, had a 2 week break in my Penis Enlargement routine due to family vacation. Got back and hit it hard for 2 weeks before my next measure date on August 14th. On the 7th I added 2 sets of clamping at the end of my routine because I was starting to feel that girth gains were going to be slow for me. I wanted to add something to my routine that would give some more intensity to my girth work. This week, on the 14th, I measured and confirmed my suspicions about girth coming slower than length. I measured another .25 inches of increase in my BPenis EnlargementL but no gain in EG. So, I added squeezes to the second set of clamping after getting these measurements. 1x1 minute at the base and 1x1 minute just behind the glans then repeat a second time, all during the second 10 minute set of clamping. Current measurements are 6.75 inches BPenis EnlargementL and 4.50 inches EG. A total gain of .50 inches in BPenis EnlargementL and .25 inches in EG since 06/14/2006. Not bad I think. I am hoping that my girth gains will start to pick up soon. I would like to focus on this as well as work on some length as well. Any advise to help increase the efficiency and speed of my girth gains would be appreciated. I know that Penis Enlargement is not a sprint but would like to maximize my efforts as much as possible.
