I've actually stopped doing JAI stretches because they really seemed lightweight in comparison to the TOW and V. Those 2 have undoubtably been the cause of my length, basically because they hit the ligs and the internal chambers of your dick. I like them because they're simple and quick: you don't have to contort your arms to do them, and you know they're working because they hurt. Especially the V blasters. I recommend those 2 exercises to anyone.
I also like them because I don't get a testicle popping back into the socket when I do them, like I do with the A stretch. Man, that's so irritating.
