I've actually stopped doing JAI stretches because they really seemed lightweight in comparison to the TOW and V. Those 2 have undoubtably been the cause of my length, basically because they hit the ligs and the internal chambers of your dick. I like them because they're simple and quick: you don't have to contort your arms to do them, and you know they're working because they hurt. Especially the V blasters. I recommend those 2 exercises to anyone.

I also like them because I don't get a testicle popping back into the socket when I do them, like I do with the A stretch. Man, that's so irritating.
 
Brilliant, so when you do the ''V''blasters , what do you do?? and the TOW stretches, how long do you hold the stretch for?? and how many do you do?thanks.
 
For the 'V-blasters', I stretch it fully out parallel to the floor and get a tight grip below the glans. Then I make a 'V' sign with the other hand and, whilst kegelling hard, press the V down into the middle of the shaft hard. After 5 seconds I go into a reverse kegel but keep the pressure the same. I hold this for another 5 seconds or more.

That's one. I don't know whether holding the kegel has any benefits but switching to the reverse kegel while keeping the stretch feels powerful. I might experiment with switching many times during the stretch. I do about 10 of these sitting down, listening to anything with a fast beat to take my mind off the pain.

I do my variation on the TOW and hold each stretch for at least 10 seconds. I'm not a stickler for time, sometimes I hold it for 20 seconds, it's just as long as I can bear it / feel like it.

I try other stretches too but I forget their names. Those 2 are by far the ones I use the most though. I think it's the intensity of my routine that's getting results, because each Penis Enlargement session doesn't last very long. (I don't have privacy)

That's awesome. I love the v-stretch, I will try the v-blaster, sounds intense. I've never noticed any discomfort or any intense stretch doing these, my hang just gets longer after a session. Ohhh well, I guess how much it hangs is all that matters anyway.

I'm taking L-Arginine too. Noticable improvement in cum-loads.

I've developed a turkey neck! Where the hell did this come from? Can I get rid of it?

Look up some of SUPRA posts on the subject, he had much experience with this.
