As I have written before, most of the time I did manual stretches.
The normal stretch, V-Stretch, helicopter stretch and DLD Blasters were my favorite excercises.
I know about the LOT theory and have a low LOT of about 7:30. I have stretched down mostly, though.

That was about 3-6x per week for 15-45mins. I have had some major breaks of a few week now and then, too.
I have often used a rice filled sock, heated up in a microwave before starting the routine. Or I did the excercises directly after taking a bath or shower.
What I have found out for me is, that I felt a stronger stretch when I was doing those stretches in the squat (I hope this is correct?).

Yes, I think that was the reason, why I put it beside my unit. But today, I don't have that handy anymore :s
And I wouldn't know if I held my unit 1cm away from the ground or layed it on the table...

Wow Some of you guys started with a bigger cock sausage then I am aiming for. I feel BPenis EnlargementL 7 x 5.5 PG is just right for a guy in tokyo. I started at 5.25 x 5 girth. Now I'm 5.75 x 5.175 and growing, I'll have to make a post like this hopefully in a year or 2. Yin.

I was actually a little longer then 5.25 EL in the beginning. 5.34" or so.
 
I have always considered these some of the best documented before and after pics ever taken. They so clearly show what you can accomplish if you stick to it. They just make me wish I had taken some before pics to show what I've accomplished through P.E.

This is an example of a fantastic documentation inch. Awesome job! I wish a lot of us took early pics like this, it´s so good motivating others and to keep staying motivated throughout the journey.
