As I have written before, most of the time I did manual stretches.
The normal stretch, V-Stretch, helicopter stretch and DLD Blasters were my favorite excercises.
I know about the LOT theory and have a low LOT of about 7:30. I have stretched down mostly, though.
That was about 3-6x per week for 15-45mins. I have had some major breaks of a few week now and then, too.
I have often used a rice filled sock, heated up in a microwave before starting the routine. Or I did the excercises directly after taking a bath or shower.
What I have found out for me is, that I felt a stronger stretch when I was doing those stretches in the squat (I hope this is correct?).
And I wouldn't know if I held my unit 1cm away from the ground or layed it on the table...

Yes, I think that was the reason, why I put it beside my unit. But today, I don't have that handy anymore :sbrittney_sue said:You can use that phone to scale it if you still have it.
