First, some words about myself:

I am 25 years old live in Germany and I do Penis Enlargement since nearly 2 years now.
Most of the time I did all kinds of manual stretches. But also some jelqing, ulis, clamping.

My starting size was 16x14cm, that's 6.3x5.5 inch (NBP). Today it's 18.5x14 cm or 7.3x5.5 inch. I took some pictures now and then and thought it might be interesting for some of you....

First 2 pictures from the beginning:

It's from January 2004 at 17cm BPenis EnlargementL (6.7") - It's not a true "before" picture, because I already began Penis Enlargement 1 month before.

Those two were made in August 2004 at 19.0cm BPenis EnlargementL (~7.48"):
One with a ruler, the other one without....

A long time passed by... this pictures were made this month.
From September 2005 at 18.5cm NBPenis EnlargementL (~7.28")
That's NBPenis EnlargementL - I will measure BP when I bought a new ruler!

The pictures were made with a handy/cell phone cam, so the quality is not as good as it has been with the other pictures.
 
What I tried next, was a comparison between those pictures without a ruler.
Since I haven't gained in girth, I scalled down the pictures, so that the width fit.
I changed both, width and heigth to keep the ratio. Today I think it would have been great, having layed 2Cents on my penis, so that a scale down would be easier.

I have tried my best and have taken veins and dots as reference for scaling and positioning. Mabye some photoshop experts can do a better job, I know some of you can :)

If you think, those pictures are wrong, crap or whatever, don't hesitate to tell me!
 
This is my first picture from January 2004 with September 2005

From this picture, I can see the following:
If you compare the last line (at the bottom), you see that in the left picture that is more space between the line and my body as on the right one.
For me, that shows my lig gains, since all the other lines above are positioned according to veins and the dot (2. line from bottom).

And the top line indicates a gain from tunica stretching, a "true" size gain.

You see, I have joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] in October 2004, so I am not quite new ;)
I am also admin and mod at the german part of this forum (1000x thank you to DLD for this!!).

Your question:
Yes, I got all gains only from manual exercises. Most of the time I stretched in all directions in all variations.
That means normal stretches, A- and V-Stretches, Helicopter, DLD Blaster...

Sometimes I did a nice jelqing session or used the cable clamp.
But I was very lazy or did not have the time to train as often as I would have liked to.

I never used pumps, pills or cremes.
3 times I tried to make my own hanger, but that didn't work. They hurt and/or slipped of the glans and didn't fit.
A Bib starter is on it's way to me (hi BIB :) ) - I can't wait starting to hang!
 
I love how you have taken so many pics. It clearly shows your gains! That's the way everybody should do their pics.

Can you give an example of the routine that got you most of your gains and how often you did it?

PS: I have that phone!
