As I am uncut I don't get any issues with dry jelqing. My penis is feeling thicker still. I don't think I am at 5" girth yet but I am hopeful. I definitely noticed it is thicker nearer the base, where I used to be thinner than mid-shaft, it is now around the same.

Have you guys got any tips on how really maximize my girth gains now? I am doing 5 mins of bundled stretches before hand, and I wear a cockring throughout the day behind my balls. Is there more I could be doing - adding in extra sessions with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] only or anything like that?

I just skimmed through your log. It's really cool that you do oly lifting. I always wanted to do that but there aren't many trainers in my city. I've got to stick to powerlifting style training :(

I also noticed that you see to gain length easily and girth is the hard part for you. On top of that, this thread started where you wanted only girth gains but now you also want length gains? I guess you caught the PE bug (ie. body dysomorphia has set in...). There are a few theories that used to be dominant on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] that I haven't seen since I've come back so I'll pas them on to you:

1. Gaining length first is better than gaining girth first; more girth from PE slows down length gains.
2. Doing PE for length will indirectly cause girth gains. The ligs get thicker and stronger as the inner penis gets pulled out of the pelvis.
3. Men are predisposed to different strengths in PE. Some guys gain fast in all areas. Some guys build length quickly but not girth. Some guys build girth quickly but not length. Some guys are plain hard-gainers. The rate that you gain could be dependent on your starting stats. For example, you started at 6.2 x 4.7 I believe? I started at 5.7 x 5.1-5.2. My girth gains take off with minimal work but length takes me much more time.
4. Jelqing is a must. Jelqing is like doing squats. It just makes everything a little bit better.

If you are frustrated with slow girth gains, I have a suggestion. Just build length. A lot of guys come up with ideas as to why they don't want to gain length - like they bottom their girl out. The thing is that if done properly, I think a women can be trained to handle up to 7 - 7.5 if they're normally "shallow". The cervix isn't at the end of the vagina and once you get the feel for it, you can move around it to a deeper spot. Guys also want the ball-slap effect and the ladies enjoy it as well. The thing is that if you bottom a girl out in one position, that doesn't mean it'll happen in another position. There are a lot of positions where women open up a lot more that you can learn to use.

When training with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] are you using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] method or are you doing something different? Maximizing girth means gaining the most temporary size we can so it is brilliant that you are starting with bundles as these will allow the penis to take on more size during your session. I would also suggest multiple jelq sessions throughout the day to keep you pump up and retain it with a cock ring. This will have you expanded much longer which means the temp gains will become permanent faster.

My only length goal is to get around 6.5" NBPEL, girth is definitely my main goal and I'm glad to be able to focus on it again. I hope to get to 5.5" in girth.

No, the Bundles will not be needed as you will be keeping the expansion manual throughout the day. Bundles are user before a TOTAL routine. If you are going to get quick jelqs through the day there is no need to warmup or anything else, just get the pump back up, put on your ring and let the expansion continue.

Yes, they are necessary before every routine, length or girth, manual or tool. It can mean the difference of a great workout or a mediocre one. The Tunica is so tough that without pre-stretching it things will take longer in girth and length. When we pre-stretch the Tunica it allows for much better expansion or elongation.
 
Hey guys, as I said I would be measuring at the end of the month. I came in just under 5" girth. This is great progress(roughly 0.2") and I know I'll be over it next month. It's great seeing the progress in such a short time. I'd be very happy if by the end of the year I reached my goal of 5.5", which I think is very feasible at the moment.

Hey guys. Continuing on with the routine. I have got another spot at the base of my penis from using the arnica cream(very oily) and it fills with blood when pumping. Similarly, I'm getting very severe temporary bruising around my shaft from it. I have been pumping as much as possible so I am going to lower the intensity and perhaps the volume for a while and build back up. Any recommendations on how to go about this? I have been pumping up to 6.5" mark and I am going to pump to around 6", maybe slightly lower. I am also considering doing 5x5x2, or simply the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] I saw here, 150-300 jelqs followed by 10 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. You are over pumping. That's the routine I have been doing, just with dry jelqing instead of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. I will pump at lower intensity from now. I did a session with cold water and only pumped til I felt a slight "pull" instead and got decent expansion so I will keep doing that. The cold water is just for the sake of helping remove the bruising(most has cleared up).

Hey guys. I am currently maintaining around 4.9-5" girth. I took a short break for a few days whilst I saw away and although my size decreased (not completely) the discolouration started to fade. I have continued as I believe that it will go after I reach my goal and then start just maintaining. Currently I jelq in the afternoon for 5 minutes or so with arnica gel to try keep the discolouration at bay but it is quite bad, similar to this http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...apy/67677-nasty-discolouration-with-pics.html , after this i do the 5x5x3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] workout with jelqing, again with arnica gel. I also do some massage once or twice a day. But I assume I won't be able to get rid of the discolouration without stopping using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I am getting larger expansion now and can pump further into the tube, so I'm happy with progressing with it and managing the discolouration for now.

I would also suggest using the Apple Cider Vinegar color correction. This can be done weekly to prevent discoloration.
