I have one on its way to me free for recommending it to my chiropractor. I have heard nothing but excellent things about it. People wear it for the first time and their rhomboids and lower traps are sore the next day. It's also great for shoulder dysfunction, which any of us that sit at a desk all day can/will end up with in enough time.
Not going to make you taller, but as long as you're doing all that other stuff.
I'm fine being 5'10" but I do want better posture. I have a standing desk now. Next up is getting these damn hips to open up better...

as for posture, i too have bad posture, but i noticed that instead of making a conscious effort to stand up straight, if i instead make an effort to push my head back so its inline with my body, my posture instantly improves without looking forced (which it would if you where sticking your chest out trying to stand up straighter). do it in the mirror and you might see what im getting at!

im 19 and 5ft 11, but the talles in my immediate family is only 6ft ... but ive always wanted to be 6ft 3. damn my genetics!
