A multiple body parts manipulating project.

A long run project that I´ve came up with during my vacation. Just different parts of my body I will manipulate in to a new shape.

Started 1 July 2008 - Ends jan 18 2010 (When I turn 30 years)

This vacation I have gotten my motivation back big time. Although I´ve kept up the hours with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], it have gotten to the point where I really need to push the limits with a maximum focus to get longer. I also need to work girth more.

To get that more bull package look I´ve decided to go for low hanging balls and started some ball stretching.


I also found something called HI, manual height increase exercises.
I have read a lot and learned some valuable info about this and started a 24 weeks routine. I´ve always wanted to be a little taller so I will give this a try!

Started morning length: 174,7cm
Current morning length: 175cm
Goal morning length for this period: 180cm

I will also do exercises to get back to a more fit body. My program is quite easy: Different home power exercises, like push-ups etc. And running for 25 min 2 times a week.
Goal is not to be a body builder, just reduce some fat and get a bit more muscles.

This project will also include a fue-plus hair replacement procedure, of some areas at the front of the head. A very nice method, that don´t leave any marks or scars, where they pick hair by hair from one place and put it to another place, and it keeps growing in it´s new place. This is a quite expensive method. This will be a small procedure cause I only want to add it to some small areas in the front, so my hairline gets a more straight shape. This will cost around: 6000 US$.

I will post pictures here and write my progress.
 
In a couple of months you will look really good. Not that you look bad now. At least you don't have lots of fat to lose. Just to muscle up a bit.

Go for compound exercise that work multiple groups of muscles like squats and push ups.
Start a cardio routine and keep track of diet. And for Godsake don't use artifificial sweteners or anything artificial.
 
can you elaborate on what type of exercises you do to get taller?

why i ask, is because when i was little, i would constantly stretch and i cant help but think that it helped a bit getting me to the 6ft mark.
 
Good luck, Fedora, with the muscle-up, slim-down routine. I've got the muscle from 32 years of consistent lap swimming. I just need to get twenty more pounds off my mid-section.

Slim, trim bodies accentuate big dicks. It should be easier to hide that stretcher, too.

Thanks for the great tips. Will focus mostly on running 2-3 times/week, and some simple home exercises for muscles. Like chin ups, and pushups, dips etc.

A lot of time is now spent on the length exercises, so that is my main focus together with Penis Enlargement for the moment.

A lot of different spine stretching exercises, together with hanging free from a chin bar. I also do some power jumps and other to boost growth hormone in my body. Been starting a 24 week program, together with some e-book informtion and tips called "grow taller secrets" by Roland Grande.

I´ve read thouands of pages on the internet now about growing taller at any age, and I definitly think your stretching paid off!

good luck fedora...i know if you are half as dedicated to changing your appearance as you are with pe...you will be successful...keep us updated...i am especially interested in the height lengthening...i stop growing at 5'9...and being 31 years old..i figured my growing days are over

It is probably a good assist for Penis Enlargement. Thee boost of growth hormones I talk about is naturally released when doing a intense muscle lift, jump or something like that. There are also pills to eat with growth hormones, but I am no big believer in theese "eat a pill and grow 2 inch" weather it is in height gaining or penis gaining.

But to make the growth/healing/buildup process faster, I think that the growth hormones can assist Penis Enlargement, but this is just a guess. But I see no reason to why it shouldn´t.

I will keep you updated. Gonna give it my all. It is a lot of mental work though to focus on both HI and Penis Enlargement. But with dedication and heart, everything is possible!

I´d say between 1-2" seems like a gain that dedicated length gainers achieve with a lot of work. Some superdedicated ones says they have gained 3" with a couple of years exercising dedicated every single day. But 1-2" is not uncommon. Most lengthening seems to come in the spine. The knees are also a possibility for gaining. I primarly focus on spine work.

I have set my goal at 2" gain. Over a period of 1.5 years.

Yesterday I put up a new better chin bar at home. Everytime I pass under it, my rule is to hang on it for 20-30 sec. But in the beginning my finger muscles gets sore....

they have slightly different focus. One is primarly height gains from lengthening the distance between the bones in the spine, and in the knees (I focus on spine where most gains are made).

The other e-book focuses on the same, but also on actual bone growth, to maximize out that extra height gaining potential later in life.

A lot of reading but it´s all worth it!

There are always info out there that tells us that things doesn´t work, like Penis Enlargement for example. Thebody is a fantastic thing, it can be manipulated during time to some amazing results.
What got me convinced that this work was a guy I know who started playing baseball as a thrower when he was 27 (I think it´s called pitcher). Then he hadn´t grown for many years. He started training a lot and eventually played in a pretty high league.
He threw balls with his right arm. His right arm had grown from all the intense throwing to 4cm longer than his left since he began 5 years ago.

I´ve also been in contact with some users at a height increase forum that seem very honest and true (a forum like this). And they have written a lot about their journey. Between 1-2" in spine gains with exercises and a lot of hanging from a chin bar.
 
Hi fellows!

I measured height this morning, and I have a new height increase to report.
175,4 cm.
A gain of 4mm last approx. 10 days.

I´ve been working the height manipulation with a lot of dedication. Doing both the morning routine in the e-book. And also the 24 week program. And to that hanging in my chin bar about 10 min/day.
I feel that my spine is getting a smooth but good stretch.
Let´s stretch!!!!!
