That is some great news and achievments DLD! From 230 to 180 pounds is a journey itself!
I am also a strong believer in the high protein / low carb diet. Especially cutting away those fast sugar-like carbs. (I like Starbucks myself but those suryp stuffed drinks are not good for population health!!).

I drink 5-6 cups black coffe (no milk or sugar), you need it in the nordic countries...:)

Do you do any weightlifting or cardio work at the moment?

I tried swimming yesterday (breaststroke for spine stretch), felt really good in the body afterwards, recommended!

No exercise yet, aside from walks of like 10 minutes and few times a day. I will start weight training when I reach 175. I gain muscle VERY fast so I am not too worried about that.

Hello brotherhood!

Long time no posting. Since last time I have conducted another Hair transplant (1900 grafts, in Dec 2016 with good results). Without the rogaine in the years from early 2001/2 (early twenties) to 2014, then two transplantats and propecia, I would most likely be bald since many years. But now I have backslick if I want to, in combo with some support from toppik. So more than 15 years of some kind of treatment for the hair follicles:)

Starting to get back inte shape too, but not yet back to where I was. I started dancing bachata so need to have those abs and arms in place again to the summer:)

I’m so happy Fedora that you’re back, I answered you in another post that I hope you got to read. This week two new brothers came back that have been gone a very long time. Nothing brings me more joy than my brother comes back to the brotherhood.
