Haha whoa that's a lot of hours for extending, good thing we made devices to do the work for us. Extra hard workouts are what break plateus and are needed every 3rd week of a routine :)
 
Well some men never get sore, ever, but make great gains. But, for the most part, soreness calms down after the first couple of weeks.

So true. But it's also great not to have that soreness. When I shower recently after a PE session i feel sore with the water dropping over me. Means I did some hard work.

Nobody should need pain. But I'm just not feeling the intensity that much during my sessions which sucks. I'm trying so many ways to stretch and nothing seems to work. I'll try and figure out what's wrong though.
 
As long as you have temporary gains then don't worry about soreness. But I remember waking up with some painful erections back in the day I miss that

I never had PE induced pain during erection. But thats maybe cause I don't do a lot of girth work.

I think that girth work does contribute to more erect pains. I think girth overall gives more soreness than length solely.
 
The most pain I have after keeping an erection up for 5-6 hours. After I feel an expansion of the Tunica that is very sore, surrounding the entire shaft. Very different than any other PE pain I have ever felt.

I figured. I'm pretty sure that pain happened to me and I stopped kegeling for good during those intense stretches. I do kegeling w/o an exercise though.

Well if you Kegel during hanging you are strengthening the Pelvic Floor Muscles so that is the main purpose. The Reverse Kegel should be used in all stretching as it foregoes all muscle hold back and allows for pure stretch.
