With the gym I get sore if I didn't train for a while, but if I do an extra hard workout I get sore in the legs even if I'm in the regular training. But never with upper body.
Haha whoa that's a lot of hours for extending, good thing we made devices to do the work for us. Extra hard workouts are what break plateus and are needed every 3rd week of a routine
