So I decided to take Sunday and Monday off due to personal problems, came back strong today. Yesterday I measured completely hard at 6.5" at one time, but its sitting at around 6.25" maybe a bit smaller. Which is pretty dope, it looks big as hell not hard now.

Today was a good day, felt good for gains, penis was feeling nice and healthy, its looking bigger and feeling bigger, hopefully I'll hit my goal of 8" soon as hell, looks like I'm gaining nice and quickly, which was the plan for myself.

Warmed down with a 10 minute shower, my penis right now is a bit sore, but that'll wear off soon.
 
Have you considered splitting your routine into two? Or maybe you are too busy to do that consistently.

If you can it is definitely something to try. Many have managed to gain much faster due to multiple daily routines. Dld in particular is a great example of that.

So like I do my length workout for however long, and then later do my girth workout?
 
That's one possibility.

What I was thinking was doing two separate equal routines. I assume you're pretty worn after one go with a routine at that strength. So maybe two lesser routines that add up to more work throughout the day.

For the sake of a for instance, my routine is broken up into warm up, warm down and four equal length routines throughout the day. It works out to be hundreds of stretches a day, which is something I worked into maybe a little faster than I should have, but has been very effective for me. In fact I'm at nearly 3/4 an inch gain in a little under two months of the current manual work I'm doing.

If I did the whole thing at once I'd probably throw up from boredom and all the odd sensation. Breaking it up makes what would be one stupid long annoying session into four relatively nonchalant sessions. It's not required but it is helpful.

If you want to make the penis stuck in the about to blow position that's exactly the point of a cock ring. It's actually possible to get an epic pump with one but it can be a bit dangerous to jump into. Kick ass routine! Splitting up the routine is very smart and the way I have always trained. I allows for optimal focus on girth and length, which both require a different kind of focus. I believe this type of routine brings the fastest gains.

But can someone give me like an extreme length routine I can follow for a bit, I really want to get the most out of length rather than girth at first, I'm so fascinated at the fact of an 8" penis and that's my short term goal and really want to get that as quick as possible with being fluent and reasonable about it, and eventually even being happy with 8" I will still go for 9" because who the hell doesn't want a 9" penis haha. Since this is the start you need to give the penis time to acclimate. The harder you pull the more it wants to pull back. Until you get used to things you are going to have on an off days. The important thing is this, you want to gain fast... we all do. I honestly have given myself 1 year to get 1" and 3 years for 2". If I hit 9" BPEL I would fall over dead with excitement. However I understand that day in and day out is important. Just like your arms, you do not gain 1 inch on biceps in a week. It takes 4-6 weeks for that if you are dedicated. PE is a lot more demanding and harder than building a bicep, so such results should be looked at with optimism. I think we can all reach our length goals, it is simply a matter of if we have the endurance and dedication to do so. I think to myself, if I had stuck with PE for the last 5 years (I have been on and off). I would more than likely already be where I wanted to be by now. Stay motivated and make time each day.

Just time for a little rest bro. I am having to do the same too, had some spots pop up in my session (burst capillaries) gonna let it rest for 1-2 days myself as well. Except for Kegals, I am always doing those.

I am still a newbie myself bro (just over 3 months). Just stay consistent and the gains will come, be sure not to overtrain either. Overtraining = Injury, Injury = Downtime, Downtime = No Gains ... ;) It's okay to take rest days. Think of it like going to the gym, your body needs days off to repair those muscles. Those rest days are the days the muscles actually grow and get bigger, as they repair from the work they did before. Same principles here, so don't neglect your rest bro!

Stay consistent, be smart, listen to the experts here and stay active with the brotherhood. You CAN make those gains!

Didn't do P.E the two prior days due to soreness and decided I needed it.
Today my penis didn't look as big as it normally does and actually looked like it shrunk and kinda killed my mood.

I just did the same thing in my BJJ class bro. Tore my meniscus, it doesn't require surgery but it's 3 weeks off... sucks. Hoping it's nothing serious for you bro.

With training there sometimes is temporary shrinkage from fatigue. Nothing to worry about or become discouraged over.

Kinda wondering why you replied to my recent reply like this? It wasn't exactly kick ass, but you've told me you're going to keep tabs on it since the beginning. Did you accidentally reply to my prior reply like this? Did you misread it? I'm just confused on why, but I'm about to go to the doctors to find out what's wrong with my knee. They really do feel good, I love knowing that with each squeeze my penis is becoming stronger and I am improving my erection quality. Kegels are the easiest part of my routine but they are on elf my favorite exercises.
 
Yeah, kegels are easy too, but after a while they start to get hard and tire you down. I just take some breaks in between when I'm randomly kegeling.
