If MOS had it's own Extender what would you want to see happen...PLEASE CHIME IN

Super ideas! I think if anyone should design one of these things it should be us. Lets get some more idea in this think tank.
 
* Able to be worn 24/7 if one so desires without problems
* Wear it at night. Would need to be designed so when one gets an erections it can adapt and move to accommodate it
* Wearable in public without looking like a fucking idiot
* Doesn't need to be heavy, but QUALITY and that can be lightweight
* Good base support and my idea would be the padding made of silicone
* The noose needs to be very comfortable. Could have several attachment heads for [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], night wear, 24/7 use and normal use. I always liked the vacuum head the vacu-extender employed.
* Affordable, lets set a price range and meet that. I say maximum $130-$140
 
I agree with Red, if you can come up with something that can be truly worn 24/7 that actually puts some out some good stretch, that would be phenomenal. The ability to attach the head piece before putting on any tension would be nice too. I find the base of the FS to be pretty uncomfortable, it makes my balls burn after a while, but I don't know how much you can improve upon the current bases that are being used. The hardest obstacle to overcome will be the head piece. To find something that can hold tight enough to get a good stretch without causing any side effects (loss of blood flow like the noose, or blisters like the vacuum) would be like finding the Holy Grail! DLD, have you experimented with the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] yet? Maybe a head piece like that would be the answer, it seems to be able to be worn for extended periods without issues, but it still has to hold strong enough to provide a good stretch. It seems like it would be pretty simple to adapt the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] head to attach to a standard [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] base.

Now that is a tall order....I have never condoned Penis Enlargement while sleeping but if something could be invented that could safely be used 24hrs...that would be golden.
 
My homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] was a long threaded metal piece with a nut so I could just gradually increase the tension while strapped on. Worked great. If only I could solve the noose blood flow issue...

I once got an email from static stretcher asking if I wanted to try their medium duty with flexible plastic rods instead of the aluminum ones. They were shooting for 24/7 with it. There's no noose, no fluid build-up, no circ problems: if you're wearing it right. (Takes a lot of practice!)

I didn't respond because I do my Penis Enlargement in cycles and I'm off right now and I'm thinking of retiring anyway. But I can say their medium is comfortable because I was able to wear it 10 hours a day for a several weeks and I went 16 and 20 hours pretty regularly. (You can still go to the bathroom with it on.) But I think the biggest problem is just getting used to all the lifestyle issues of having something strapped to your dick constantly. That was another reason I didn't take them up on it: I can't wear anything for hours at a time anymore, I fuckin' hate it.

Well DLD you want ideas and an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] that's different and not the same old shit you see churned out across cyberspace, so it MUST be able to handle guys sleeping with it on .. END OF and adjust to the erection, plus the option of 24/7 use. It can be done, its getting the right materials. Silicone is very comfortable to use.

Yeah if you can come up with a way to wear it all day you'll have to do some quick patenting to make sure you reap the rewards. People will start erecting shrines in your honor and sacrificing to you...

Most [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] noose grips suck and hurt, then with the wrap they slip off. Something that don't slip off, can do a SERIOUS stretch then adjust for your [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. dld, a clamp-type of base would be awesome. you could remove the rods from the base and use it as a clamp for post- girth work, erect work, or dare i say the ultimate... what about a chinese finger-trap kinda design? like a braided wicker tube that gets tighter as it is pulled? you can attach something to the outside where the head would go and have a type of leg strap [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words]? but no noose or strap and it covers the whole shaft?

this could keep the skin from pulling over the glans if done right?
