Hi guys,
Ok so after reading through this entire thread I realised something. A few years ago, when I had a little more privacy, my routine was basically warm up, intense jelqs for 30mins,
bathmate for 30 mins (3x10mins or similar). At this time I remember reaching nearly the nozzle with the tip of my dick during half way into the
bathmate session.
Fast forward to present day, I use my bathwater instead of filling up from the sink. Now I don't reach as far into the nozzle as often as I did a few years ago. I was never really sure why this was the case until the penny dropped when reading through these comments. I live in England and back then I was using ice cold water from the sink's tap whereas now I use hot bathwater. If there is anything to this cold water approach, that could have been the difference for me.
Realising this, I'm now going to begin my old routine again and keep a logbook journal to track the differences and progress. It does make sense to me this cold water thing.
My penis will be sufficiently warmed up from the intense jelqing prior to entering icey vaccum, so I'm not too worried about specifically warming up for the
bathmate part.. Whether or not warming up to this cold technique is beneficial I don't know. All I know is I will follow my intense jelqs with icey
bathmate. I will start Monday 12th October, 2020.
