I'm a newbie to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and Penis Enlargement and will do my best to keep up to date here on my progress and routines. I've only been doing Penis Enlargement for a week now. Here's my current routine:

DLD's phase 1
20 mins of light Pumping - I feel that this helps my confidence seeing me swollen up afterwards. ;)
I have a Vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] I am testing out for 5 months. - 12 hours daily

Feel free to tell me what you guys think.

My overall goal is 9" X 7".

First Goal is 7.5" X 5.5" - January '05

Second Goal is 8.0" X 5.75" - May '05

Third Goal is 8.5" X 6.4" - December '05

Final Goal is 9" X 7" - June '06

Do you guys think that the timeline is adequate for me to attain these goals? Please feel free to provide feedback.

it's difficult to say if you can attain your goals, for some guys it will be possible and a few never gain anything, most guys are somewhere in between. Just stay consistent and before you know it you will have a bigger dick.

Your routine seems good. How often do you do it, and at what hg do you pump?

I am noticing that my erections seem to be alot harder and I feel my dick throb sometimes. Not near my head but more closer to my base. Feeling kinda resembles getting electric stem treatment. Like muscle spasms. Feels good though and not painful. Maybe I'm growing. :)

As far as today (Monday) I did the same as yesterday.

I can say that the pumping at the end make my shit look mad diesel afterwards. rofl Keeps me motivated too knowing that I will be that size and bigger in the near future with consistence and patience. I have now being doing this routine for about 9 days now and will start using my Vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] tomorrow.
 
18 hg! I think my dick would explode from that vacuum! Are you sure you are reading it right? It is generally recommended not to exceed 6-7 hg. More than this and you risk injury and erectile dysfunction. The theory also is that high pressure only causes a lot of fluid build up where as lower pressure actually expands the tunica.
 
Yeah. I noticed that. I was looking at the wrong number. I was looking at the inner numbers which cm Hg. I'm using between 6-7 HG not higher than the red line most times. Yep. 20HG would make my dick look like a peacock's tail. lol

I just ordered a Bib Starter today and will be adding some hanging to my routine. The reason being is because the stretching portion is making my glans sore a lot on some days. May be pulling too hard. DLD maybe you can help me with this further. Do you use one hand only when you stretch or do you use the second hand for extra tension. If you only use one, that maybe my problem because I take my second and use it to add more tension. Anyone feel free to chime in.

Also, DLD what do you think of the addition of hanging to my routine? Right now, I can squeeze in 5 hours daily for Penis Enlargement with no problem.
 
I only do bundled stretches now and i also use my second hand to add extra tension. I don't have any problems with my glans getting sore cuz i don't pull from my glans. I grab hold of the shaft just behind the glans. Be careful if you're pulling from your glans, it can cause injury.
 
Well here's what I do:

I don't necessarily pull from my glans. I take my thumb and forefinger and put it in a ok position like jelqing. I then tighten the grip right below the glans, the section of the penis between the circumcision scar and the glans. So not on the glans. If I go lower, below the circumcision scar towards base, I end up pulling skin instead of penis. Am I making sense?

Well. I was working a contract before and the contract is over, so I've been home for the past 2 weeks. Even I'm a java programmer, so I pretty much sit in front of a computer all day. So wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] was no problem for me even when I was working. When I worked I would just check it every hour or so to massage and re apply. Time flies when you're in front of a computer all day. Believe it. :) Funny thing is about the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is I have been wearing it at the lowest tension since I started, so I can wear it longer periods without any discomfort. It took Stillwantmore to finally show me the light on how to increase the tension believe or not, but I can still wear it for atleast and hour before I need a break with the added tension. I was wondering how to do that. lol.

But I can tell you that my flaccid hang is alot fuller and longer. I very rarely have the swimming pool shrinkage flaccid look as much. Maybe 2 times in a month maybe. I also just got a digital camera and will be posting pics when ever I can keep a woody. That damn ruler is painful as hell to the pubic bone. :O

The latex gloves help but I need to buy some more. The ones I have have the extra grip imprints in the inner glove and they hurt like crap because of it. I had to use the smooth areas of the glove to stretch comfortably. If you get some, make sure they don't have those grip imprints.

I am so psyched for you!!! You are going to absolutely love your Bib. I love mine soooo much. I suggest starting light and few sets, maybe 3-20 minute sets a day. Work your way up in weight slowly as you feel you can. I am hanging everyday for 3 sets now plus I am doing manual stretching. I love the combination. Let me know when it comes in and I can help you put a total routine together with a mixture of manual and hanging.

I only use one hand when stretching unless I am in the A-Stretch, which uses a second hand as a fulcrum. A very easy way to increase tension is with the A-Stretch or for even more tension try Bundled stretches.

Today marked a special day for me Penis Enlargement wise. Here's why:

I was doing my routine as normal. I started with 10 minutes of heating pad. Did my stretches. Did more heating pad, then preceeded to do my 600 jelqs. Now with my jelqs, sometimes I do them and watch tv and sometimes I watch adult entertainment. So I was doing my jelqs watching adult entertainment today and the last 200 jelqs I was on the verge of busting a nut, but I maintained. When I finished, I continued watch the adult entertainment for about 20 min, while I stroked myself almost to the point of no return. By that time, I'm 100% erect and I'm like man I look swole :O . Damn near scared me. So I decided to take a quick BPenis EnlargementL measure before my 100%er subsided. Much to my surprise I had gained 1/8th an inch. I also gained 1/8th in my BPFSL. I didn't take a measure of my girth unfortunately as I was psyched about my new length gain. I couldn't believe it. I even measured 3 more times and still 7.125".

So now my BPenis EnlargementL is 7.125" from 6.9-7.0" and BPFSL is 7.375" from 7.25". I plan to measure everything in January to check and see if I accomplished my January goal of 7.5" X 5.5". I feel pretty confident that I could do it. Thanks DLD and everyone else for your support and the encouragement that you all have shown me, as well as to other members of the forum.

It is so good that you are sticking with the routine, you can be sure you will get every possible gain from the routine. I think too many people can be in a rush to introduce more advanced work prematurely and miss gains they could have made remaining consistent.

LOL. Don't you just hate it when you go a little too far and bust a nut? It's been happening to me lately with all this edging. So I've changed things around a bit to try and avoid too much stimulation. I find that I keep engorged better/longer when I avoid blowing my load at the end of a good session.

Sorry it took so long to reply. Was out of town on vacation, but yeah I hate when I blow my load. It's like all my work has gone down the drain. And when I do blow it doing an edging session. My load is intense. After about the 3rd Supra Slammer if I even sneeze I might blow. :blush:

10 Supra Slammers

Realized that what I was doing the past few days was not Supra Slammers but edging alone. Did 10 actual Supra Slammers after my jelqs and let me tell you. Great expansion for real!!! I gain about .5" midshaft atleast. EG at approx. 5.75 to 5.8"!!! Amazing. It was as if I pumped or something. These will definitely stay in my routine atleast 4 times a week.

I got my Bib Starter DLD, so I need your help setting up a routine to incorporate with my current routine. Doesn't have to be major, but a nice one. I figure I can dedicate 3 to 4 hours total to Penis Enlargement. I figure 1 hour in morning for stretching and 300 jelqs and 2 to 3 hours at night for another 300 jelqs, the slammers and the hanging. I figure hanging takes 2 hours alone. And the 3rd hour for slammers and jelqs. But the major focus here is indeed the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. 2 hours will be more than enough time to get a serious hanging routine in. My advice is to mess around with wrap, settings and weight to find your comfort zone. Once you have this accomplished your routine could look like this:

5 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minutes each
(weight is only for example)

Set 1: 20 minutes at max weight
Set 2: 20 minutes at max weight
Set 3: 20 minutes with a slight weight decrease
Set 4: 20 minutes with a slight weight decrease
Set 5: 20 minutes with a slight weight decrease

This type of workout has been great for me. I will start at 25 lbs and as the sets progress I will come down to about 10 pounds. With each set a am getting maximum exhaustion and the following set weight is decreased.
