Somewhere along the way I became confused and lost touch with where the "REAL" length gains came from. Perhaps it was a forgetfulness spawned by the resentment of a community of people, who I gave freely too, that banished me and perverted all I stood for.
Non the less the fact remains, DLD Blasters are the reason I became so famous, they are a huge reason I gained what I gained and an even bigger reason why SO MANY ON Th*nd3rs MADE SUCH GOOD LENGTH GAINS!
Please men, revisit this thread, read it, absorb it, apply it and gain.

That's how I prescribed them. You should definitely be at a exhausted state when you do DLD blasters. You're not looking for any pullback, by the ligament.I call it the plateau breaker. I make sure I exhaust all other length master exercises before unleashing the DLD blasters.

It's not only fine, but I recommend it. Blasters are always important in your length work as they stretch an area that no other exercise can touch. So just do it and watch your gains grow!is it fine to do perform DLD Blasters after hanging sets?
