I love to train on a toilet seat because of the way the trunk of my body creates enough gravity to make PC work easy. I find PC work distracting and lacking in concentration when I do it standing.

The Phases were not created until after I had already had 3 routine changes (PHASE 3). When I assembled the Phase I made the first PHASE basic, so users could learn the basics before trying Blasters but EVERY USER, when he feels ready, can jump into them.

Around 2 months I started to experiment, create and organize all of my work. Blasters were developed around 2 months and I used them through my 6th month (and beyond) but when I was organizing PHASES I thought Blasters were better suited for a future Phase.
Everyone has the potential to do what I did, I am nothing special, as a matter of fact I am probably more sub-human than it's counterpart

WTF was I thinking? I will put this exercise back into mt routine like today dawg. Simply because it is the length I've been lacking in the last year. Girth is going great but length has become stale. For all of us share that personal experience of exactly what it was you were doing at the time of gaining that massive 2in whaile doing DLD Blasters!

Not a weak muscle per se but a weak muscle temporarily. The first portion of Blasters are meant to pre-exaust the Pelvic Floor muscles temporarily. After this is complete the user will enjoy almost total access to their ligaments, and the addition of a Reverse Kegel seals the deal.
The PC muscle has a protective reflex (the kegel) this is done, unknowingly, when we stretch our penis. Psychologically we are protecting ourselves from ripping the penis off, something that is obviously not going to happen, but non the less, the PC muscle is looking out for our well being.
DLD Blasters, essentially, allow us to by-pass the Pelvic Floor Muscles Protective Reflex, and through Reverse Kegels, users can effectively stretch the suspensory ligaments with total isolation.
This is the reason Blasters produce such incredible gains.
