Keep up the good work with your current routine. I know you will gain, especially with guys like Red and DLD and others helping out and encouraging you. Also, helps when others post their gains with pics too. I also noticed that constantly updating my progress log keeps me on top of my Penis Enlargement. alright, this routine rocks, i am really feeling great with it. my flaccid hang is basically awesome for me all the time, i love it. i couldn't be happier with this routine. i think it is the perfect amount of work FOR ME. it is enough, but not too much, i will continue to adjust and i am willing to experiment anyway i can, i am young, i would love to experiment, i got the time. anyways i plan to stay on this routine for at least a month without changin it, lets make jan 10th the routine re-evaluation day. oh man and friday i get to go and see my girl, i can't wait to get some of that sweet pussy with my new found confidence!
 
alright, now i don't know what to do. i just read the thread about the tunica question in the hanging forum and now i don't know what to do. in it bib said that he believes gaining length through hanging is much easier if you have a smaller girth, so what i'm thinking to myself now is, am i making a mistake by training girth now and length later, should i change my focs to length and then come back to girth. my intermediate goal is 7.5 by 5.5 and i am currently around 6 by 5.1. anyone with advice please chime in. am i doing myself wrong by training girth now?
 
well nobody is answering so i think i'll post that question in the main forum. anyways, i have been doing mostly my girth routine, leavein out my stretching and i have been doing tons of kegels during my girth exercises and i have to say, my pc is burning. as soon as it gets rested up, i am gonna have a pc of steel.

5mins hot water bath
200 wet jelqs
10min clamping while watchin adult entertainment and kegeling

i also want to incorporate some stretching in there somewhere as well. i think i will make it separate. tonight is my fourth night in a row with my routine and i think i am going to try a 4 on 2 off spread. i was alternating between this and 5 on 1 off but my dick seems to get too wornout after five days work and only one days rest. other than that i really have no interest in changing my routine yet. i have gained 1/8'' in midshaft EG and i am hoping to continue to gain and more importantly cement my gains
 
Do you have any thoughts on which stretching routine you will use? The stretching routine in THIS THREAD is a really nice routine and you can customize it to be shorter in time if that is an issue.
 
alright, been slackin a bit. comin home for x-mas and seeing a bunch of peeps i havent seen in a while and goin out everynight has really hurt my routine, i WILL get back into the swing of things tomorrow, no matter what
 
like i said, i got back to my routine today and as i have slacked a few days, i only ended up doing about half the routine and it ended up being plenty of work for me. i got a great workout. so i think for about a week i will continue to do this routine:

hot wrap
100-200 wet jelqs
12-14 min clamping with hard kegels (watching adult entertainment to stay very hard)
100-200 wet jelqs
hot wrap

i am also trying to throw in some stretching throughout the day because my girth has been going up well, but my length has not gone anywhere in quite some time. the bigger girth just makes my cock look shorter, so i gotta throw in some newbie type stretches
 
alright, christmas kinda killed my privacy, but i had a killer workout today and i am looking at makin a few changes in my routine. just a slight modification, i dont want to change too much since i gained an eighth of an inch in erect girth in the last month. i am now going to:

warm up with hot bath
around 200 wet jelqs
dip in cup of hot water
10-12 min clamp and kegel, watch adult entertainment to stay as full as possible
dip in cup of hot water
edge 2-3 times
100 wet jelqs
dip in cup of hot water
10-12 min clamp and kegel, watch adult entertainment to stay as full as possible
dip in cup of hot water
edge 2-3 times
100 wet jelqs
cool down with hot bath
 
this routine is just plain awesome, i did it yesterday and i really feel an amazing workout and soreness in my cock today. i am going to do 1 on 1 off and the off days will have stretching. i am also trying to do at least one newbie stretch set before my every other day girth routine
