You have to be CONSISTENT, DEDICATED and allot TIME and PATIENCE.

:) No worries ... 1 x 10 mins means one set of 10 mins and the 2 x 10 mins means simply two sets of 10 mins. I would spread the sets out to start with and get the penis conditioned to this type of work, so one set morning and one set night and when your used you can than throw the sets in one after eachother or however it suits you and works best for you ... nothing is set in stone.

I have never heard on the forums or seen it myself with regards to my own manhood, it shrinking in length because I gained extra girth and it shrinking in girth because I gained extra length.

It may appear that you have lost something but like I said, its an illusion because of the increases in size VS the size of the other portion ... like I said try doing that paper test and compare yourself.
