I've decided to write a thread about hanging combined with manual stretches and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] afterwords as I can't find anything on this.This is a intense routine I wouldn't recommend this for newbies. This is a very advanced routine, hanging can be dangerous and make sure you know how to use one right and don't go past 20 mins that's why I stick to 15 minutes.But the intensity of the workout can depend on how much weight you hang how long and the strength of your stretches and tension of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

So this is the routine I started doing that I can feel great fatigue and stretch be careful I would recommend not to do any girth work during the same day as this routine!I'm currently doing this routine 5-7 days a week as I want an extra inch or 2
with as much base girth I can get from stretching:

> 5-10 mins warm-up in with hot shower, hot wrap or what ever you want to use
> 15 mins of hanging straight down or behind the cheeks (sitting down,standing up or laying down on a bed with a chair for the feet to get behind the cheeks. I like to swing the weights back and forth as this brings faster fatigue.

after the first 15 minute set I do another 5-10 minute warm-up
then I do 3 more sets of 15 minutes sessions or more until I can feel good fatigue
I then do a light warm up with massage then combine that with DLD's manual stretches which include:(for the vets you can do bundle stretches if you feel conditioned enough! or/and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words].)sometimes I vary the stretching time from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and I tend to grip 1 inch from the base or vary the grip. some times I add a behind the balls stretch in there as well to get the most out of my stretching but I have to be careful not to over do it :).
30 secs straight out
30 sec straight to the left
30 sec straight to the right
25-30 spins
30 sec straight down
30 sec down to the left
30 sec down to the right
25-30 spins
30 sec straight up
30 sec up to the left
30 sec up to the right
25-30 spins
30 sec behind the cheeks left
30 sec behind the cheeks right
25-30 spins

then after I'm done that I strap on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1.5 hours. then I take off and repeat DLD stretches(same routine above^)
I do 3 sets of this so I get a total time of 4.5 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I try to finish with some manual stretches if I'm not too sore.

then after this I do a warm down with a light massage I also like to do some dry or wet jelqs in between sets to aid bloodflow and I either put on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jims[/words] wrap or a tight cock ring for a bit to help stay plump or extended.

I can feel great pressure and fatigue from this so you've been warned you should feel great fatigue and probably some soreness but if at any time you feel sharp pain or pinching or cold glans stop right away as you can injure yourself just be careful make sure to do warm ups and a warm down when needed . I have a homemade hanger and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at the moment but I would recommend a bib hanger and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] for a safe and effective workout. feel free to ask any questions or add tips or comments!

you got heavy stretching breaking the tissue(hanging) and manual stretches, plus you got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and jims uncle wrap to help heal extended this should be one of the best length exercises as long as you take it slow at first. Also make sure you got some Penis Enlargement under your belt because this is intended for advanced Penis Enlargement. I started this routine as I'm having a hard time gaining and I'm past the newbie stretches and jelqing doesn't seem to be doing much erect jelqing seems to be good but I'm not getting gains fast enough . So I made the decision to take it to the extreme come on bring on the gains :P my current measurements at the start of this routine are my starting size for this routine 6.4 erect length, 4-5 inch flaccid, and 6.1 erect girth mid shaft and 6.5 erect base girth. I will post measurements so often. I'm also doing light dld stretches on days off as length work is recommended everyday by dld. I wish I could post pictures of the progress but I have a girlfriend and she doesnt want me posting pictures of my tool.

Great routine! I am looking forward to seeing how it all goes for you. I would suggest adding DLD Blasters (or at least the principle- that you must tire your PC muscle before you start doing length work). Doing them before hanging (at the start of your routine) would double the effectiveness of the session. That way the ligs can be much better targeted since you wont be doing any "defensive" kegels. Another thing you can do is the "German Stallion's Paradoxical Pullout" technique. I am sure that this routine will sure make you gain a lot! Plus, you have the jelqing for the tunica and stuff.... great! Please let us know how every session of yours passes :)

yes I understand all that and sometimes I blow my load before I start to tire the PC muscle as DLD stated.I also drink green tea and try relaxation and breathing techinques while stretching to get a good stretch. And as of recently I dont have to worry about the pc muscle as much as I'm almost doing Penis Enlargement everyday and it is putting it in a almost constant state of fatigue so I believe with all this I should see great gains thanks for the advice ZAm :)! I will measure post once in awhile to say how Im making out!

Whether you are hanging, extending or any other form of length work, adding in the basic stretching routine, even in lower sets, will ensure that all gains possible are claimed as the basic stretches hit every conceivable angle from as far back as the ass, as far forward at the belly button, as far to the right and left as possible and every other position in between. When LOT theory became the rage years back I firmly held strong on my position in ligamental growth, there IS NO LIMIT! And, in any theory, take it with a grain of salt and never through the baby out with the bathwater! Even though LOT may suggest that ligament training is not productive because of the measurement made thy the aforementioned, this is simply silly to even suggest when you have the extreme position of Behind the Cheeks that surpasses every Low Lot Position.

In all things in life of value it is smartest to get as much as you possibly can out of your endeavor. Doing anything half assed will give you the results that you put forward. Reading something and not researching it's counter position will become a thorn in your side when really trying to understand it. If I were going into a boxing match I would make sure I had trained every position, movement and punch JUST IN CASE.

today I up the weight from 3 lbs to 5.5 lbs for hanging and I also increased the stretch in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] from 6.75 inch stretch to 7 inch stretch. I noticed the up in the stretch stimulates the penis more. I'm also planning to do some girth work soon like pumping and/or clamping well post when I decide to do it. I'm also getting better at wrapping for hanging and extending as my head doesn't get as cold as fast. Also to note I usually leave the blood in the glans which cases it it swell while hanging and extending intense and could injury me but I haven't hand any problems yet and my glans has increase in size from this I believe :). When I get a full erection my glans get pumped to where it looks like I have a clamp on! Perhaps I found out some kind of Shane diesel secret here for a big mushroom head Hydromaxm who knows? I will post again in abit!

slenium 200mcg a day
Milk thistle to help liver function 1-3 caps a day
a multi-vitamin

I'm currently adding in girth exercises everyday to ever second day depending how my penis feels or what time I have. I'm also on a little project to build a homemade [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] thanks to DLD's brilliant mind :), to add better stretching and hanging into my routine.For girth exercises I either use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and do super sets of 5-10 minutes along with 5 minutes of slow squash jelqs for 3 sets. Or I do some clamping and/or some crushers which are intense( where you clamp and use a device to flatten the erect penis), some times I use a small roller to flatten the penis on a flat surface along with some slow squash jelqs. I will post some pictures of my homemade devices which will include a homemade [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words], [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and crusher. Increased hanging weight from 5.5 lb to 8 lbs. a bigger jump then I wanted but smallest weights I got is 2.5 lbs. I would only recommend people to increase by 1 lb at a time. It gives me a better stretch at 8 lbs for sure. As for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I'm still at 6.75 to 7 inch flaccid stretch.
 
I measure my erect length today look like a gain I don't know if its temporary gain or not but I'm going keep going!
Erect non boned press sitting 7 inch's
Erect non boned press standing 6.5 inch's were it was 6.4 inch's before standing!
erected boned pressed sitting 7.5 inch's
its starting to look good!

I started at 10 lbs. Built a captain wrench. Used a bigger cable cuff to clamp a 10lb kettle bell to it. Sit o. The toilet with legs on the ledge 20 min a time, so its btc.

Anyone know how to keep from twisting other than just resetting? It twists left or right sometimes when hanging. Anywaybi like this way better than manual, wish i did it years ago. Gonna do it everyday.
 
the only thing I cold do to help it from twisting is making sure it is set up right get in your position stay as still as possible and holding on to the weight ever so often to prevent it from twisting.
 
sorry nvered had access to the internet lately but Im 7 inch non bone pressed standing and Im at 19 lbs hanging an hour a day and still using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. It is getting tougher and more harder to complete my sets bit I gained half a inch so im happy and going for more!

No problem. I never heard of erect behind the cheeks. So I figured why not. My penis is well conditioned in my opinion as alot of regular stretching doesnt give me a good burning or deep stretch that Im looking for :). Anyone brave enough to do erect behind the cheeks should do the stretches slowly as to avoid injury.
