I don't know if i already told this in here, but i want to gain 1cm e length too. Last time i measured myself, I was 16,8cm/17cm. I want a solid 18cm, and I'm thinking for next week to add a 3 days length routine, with the newbie stretchs routine. And I ask you, brothers: Can I gain 1cm with a routine like that? My main focus is girth, but I reais in some place that a thicker shaft is more difficult to grow in lenght.

Yes IF you've not done previous length work. It becomes harder to gain length if you keep doing the same basic techniques. Give me your whole routine directed to length that you've done before.

I never trained length before, just a few stretchs. Never had a routine Just for length workout.

No warm down.

When I hit the 560 jelqs, I couldn't get an erection anymore. Maybe fatigue? So I stopped, didn't do the warm down and tied a shoe lace because I don't have a cock ring. I'll check my EQ tomorrow!

Today my training was a little bit different. I tried some light clamping mixed up with dry jelqs between sets. It went like this:

10min warm up
10min clamping
5min dry jelqs
10min clamping
5min dry jelqs
10min clamping
5min dry jelqs
10min warm down

Very good work out. Just measured while doing my PE session and these are the results:

NBPEL: 17,5cm
Base EG: 17cm
MSEG: 15,1cm

Which exercises are better to gain some girth just below the head/glans?

That looks like a great girth workout bro, what are you clamping with?

As far as girth exercises to target a specific area of the penis... I don't know if you can do that. The only thing I could think of is [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and jelq up with the bottom hand to the area you want to expand and then squash down with the other hand to expand that area. Don't know if that works like that though, maybe dld can chime in on this.

For clamping, I'm using a cable clamp with micropore tape in it, but I used minimal pressure to avoid injuries! I'll make a wrap with mouse pad + the micropore tape that is already in the cable clamp to add more pressure with safe. I'm gonna try to stick with jelqs everyday for a few more months and after I'll do clamping one day/jelqs 1 day.
