Today my training was a little bit different. I tried some light clamping mixed up with dry jelqs between sets. It went like this:
10min warm up
10min clamping
5min dry jelqs
10min clamping
5min dry jelqs

5min dry jelqs
10min warm down
Very good work out. Just measured while doing my PE session and these are the results:
NBPEL: 17,5cm
Base EG: 17cm
MSEG: 15,1cm
Which exercises are better to gain some girth just below the head/glans?

As far as girth exercises to target a specific area of the penis... I don't know if you can do that.
