-5 minute shower warmup
-5 minutes of bundles
-2x20 minutes
hanging @8.5 lbs

-later on at night, 5 minutes of erect stretches
Today was also the first day that I hung 8.5 lbs and it wasn't too bad! Probably going to try 10 lbs soon.
