kegels, mini stretches, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], squeeze at base and pull stretch many exercises can be done in like 5 minutes it'll still matter.
 
Got home today and first thing I did was grab my mail hanger package and ripped it open! Very please with the packaging about a 4-5 layer of bubble wrap coating and inside laid the malehanger. I didn't get to hang with it really but I will tomorrow. I wrapped up my willy and put it on. I tugged on it with a lot of force with 1 and 2 hands and no slippage so I am very happy about that! I can see myself hanging a lot of weight in the future. No problems with it really! Can't wait to get this show on the road :)

Ight so today I finally tried it out just for a total of 15 minutes cause I didn't have much time.

I did the first set of 10 minutes and took off the hanger and noticed a white ring of lumps around my dick but I think that was because I didn't wrap well enough. And the second set was for about 8-10 minutes and i took it off because I felt a little pain around the white ring again but everything is good! I now have a better wrapping technique and everything is good, I'm going to be doing a full hanging session tomorrow!:)
 
Cool, I hope things get better and better and you can avoid these issues of lumping and rings. Keep us up to date.

So I hung again today with it and I figured out when I hang a bit closer to my head the ring and lumps come in but when I back it up about 1 cm then they don't appear. Also I lose circulation a lot more with this hanger, after about 10-15 minutes hanging my head is purple and very cold. Anything that you know of that can help with this DLD?

Good, it is smart to be behind the head a bit and allow the wrap to cover the corona, this will prevent slippage and also, as you know, remedy your issue.

The head will become purple and cold and this is fine as long as you do not exceed 20-30 minutes. At that point you will need to remove, return good circulation and put back on. Hanging is something that takes much dedication and work but if you follow what I have offered above you should be safe.

Today's hanging session was a little bit better, I gotta keep using the malehanger in order to get used to it. When I wrap and hang SD the wrap goes over my glans which causes the hanger to go with the wrap more towards my head. Sounds weird but it needs to be fixed.
 
So I woke up this morning to find out that I either have...

A) strained ligament on the left side
OR
B) irritated skin on the left side

If it is another strained log in going to be PISSED, the last one I had took about 1 month to heal and during that time I hear treated it and massaged it and did no Pe for that whole 1 month, but if it's just irritated skin then it shouldn't be too bad to fix up.

I would take a rest from hanging and stick to manual and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] work until you are fully healed. With either manual or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] work you have much more control over the intensity and you can back it up to where it is not causing pain but still maintaining and delivering new gains. As you heal intensity can be risen. Rushing always ends badly.
 
Good news the pain is basically already gone! In my honest opinion I believe that they are possibly just growing pains. I decided to try to power through the pain and I guess it worked!!

Thats how it is man, at the beginning you jump up in weight very quickly. By now you are getting used to that feeling of fatigue that creeps up to your butthole sometimes that happens with hanging. Thats what i shoot for to get to in my sessions.

Eugine, I would love to see you incorporate 3 stretches into this routine to make it much more gainful.

1. Bundled Stretches before a workout
2. Expressive Stretches to tap into internal penis
3. Erect Stretches to sure up length gains.

Ok DLD i will make sure to try and incorporate these as much as I can. I already do erect stretching 3-4 times a week for about 5-10 minutes which by my knowledge is an adequate amount for the week.

Also DLD, how much time hanging is sufficient amount of time to notice gains with 2-3 months?? I am trying to get at least 30 minutes every day in.

Yes, that is plenty on Erect Stretching. But do incorporate the other 2 I listed, these will bring gains from a different area. Hanging for 30 minutes is not enough time to be gainful, hanging really should be in the 2-4 hour range in sets of 20 minutes. Hanging is hard for many because of the time and privacy. 30 minutes of hanging would be a good healing exercise. The Newbie Stretches will deliver more than hanging unless you up the hanging time.

I heard from a different thread that hanging a heavy weight for shorter amounts of time works as well. Is this true?? I feel that I need a lot of intensity to see gains so I feel that once I start hanging into the double digits (which should be within a week or so) then that will be when I start seeing some gains.

There are different ways to go about hanging and they both work, low weight long periods of time or higher weight shorter periods of time. Does heavy weight and short periods of time work? Absolutely thats how I do it, I only do one set of 20 mins at a high intensity. That is one of the main reasons I hang, I can get a decent workout with decent gains without dedicating hours of my time to pe. Altogether length and girth I do about 1:15-1:30 hours daily.

Exactly! It's just like working out. You can either lift a lighter weight for more volume (sarcoplasmic hypertrophy), or you can lift a heavier weight for less volume (myofribrillar hypertrophy). they work in different ways but they both build muscle.

today i didn't have time for any PE, i woke up late and was late for school so as soon as i woke up i went there and then had to go straight to work. Tomorrow i am going to do that same day as i did yesterday though! I believe that I am going to buy the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] very soon, i am hoping to order it within the next month or so. I am thinking that i am going to get the complete set with the belt and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. this will allow me 2 options on how i am going to extend during the day. When i am at placement i am going to use the belt and when i am at work or just hanging out around the house i am going to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. When I am at school i will probably use either or. Your workout looks solid brother, how does the 8.5 lbs feel? Are you hitting fatigue in the first set or in the second set is really where it sets in? 5x1.5 hour sets on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after hanging is SOLID.

8.5lbs is actually feeling pretty good right now! I can feel the fatigue in both sets and after I'm done hanging I can feel the fatigue in my ligs set in! I think i may try to hang 10 lbs either on Sunday or Monday!

so today my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster pro[/words] came in and i am honestly so damn excited!!!!!!!! I have been using it for short sets of about 30 minutes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] portion of it just to test it out. after i take it off after 30 minutes the glans are a bit cold and a tiny bit purple but i believe that might be because i am using too much suction and the fact that I'm still getting used to it. The only complaint that I have about it is that you have no clue when your glans are getting really cold and you have no idea when you should take it off. After a while you should know how long you can stay in it but if something happens and you lose circulation faster then you usually do you don't really know when to take it off! But other then that i am in love with it, its awesome so far! Hello everyone! Ive been trying to keep up as much as i can with PE but I'm just super busy with school and work and whatnot, but here was todays routine...

-shower warmup
-2x15 minutes hanging @8.5 lbs
-PMP [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/belt for 5 hours
-ujw for 3 hours

Im going to try to wear the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] more often now, but i think that i may have either a blister or some sort of water retention on the underside of my shaft just below my glans but it could just be a vein that is showing up a bit more that i noticed a long time ago. I am going to keep a close eye on it though. Hopefully it is nothing serious and I'm fine so that i can keep doing my routine.

How did this routine look? i didn't get a chance to hang this morning cause i was in a rush but i did what i could get done in my time period! Tomorrow at some point i am going to establish the 3 workouts that i am going to try to cycle through and write it down as a post in this thread (each workout routine will be done depending on how much time i have during the day and will be categorized as workout #1, #2, or #3)

Still enjoying the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words], broke a sluice and a diaphragm yesterday which pissed me off though lol. The diaphragm broke while i was in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] last night before i went to bed and the sluice broke when i was trying to put it on the head piece, pretty soon I'm going to have to order new diaphragms and sluices already DAMN AHA!!! I really want to win the poster of the month and i am trying to stay motivated to try my hardest to contribute as much as i can to the best that i can.

Anyways i believe on Monday I am going to try to hang 10lbs for hopefully 2x15 minute sets, hell maybe even 2x20 minute sets! i guess we will just have to see!!!

Might take a day off of wearing the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] and just use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] tomorrow! Ya I had to work at 6:30 am and I woke up at 5:30 so I only had time for manuals today lol! And thanks bro everyday you have something positive to say about me and my routine and it keeps me going! It really hypes me up to keep going! Later on tonight when I post my routine for today I will post my 3 different length routines that I use on a daily basis!

Damn, that is early! At least you can get a couple stretches here and there, one day will make no difference.

ya i know it sucks lol. even if i don't have a lot of time i still get a solid 30 minutes of stretching in which is still pretty good! I make sure to use lots of intensity while doing it as well! I also just recently incorporated 15-20 DLD blasters in before my sessions and after i am done them i am fatigued as hell LOL!

Ya DLD it's awesome! Only problem is that one day I wore the split adaptor with it for 1.5 hours straight one day and when I got out of it there was a bumpy ring around my dick where the split adaptor was (I'm guessing cause the split adaptor made it too tight around my penis). When I am in resting flaccid state the ring isn't there, when I wear the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] for anywhere from 30 min to 1 hour the ring comes back a bit but then it goes away after about 5-10 minutes, shorter time if I massage it a bit. Do you know what this bumpy ring may be?
