Thanks bro! I measured today and i don't think i gained though, but it has only been about 2 weeks so I'm definitely not discouraged. I believe that the routine that i am going to be trying to do from now on is a great routine! Ill post about it in a little bit.

I want to make the phallogenetics but i want to use a miracle slider for it. The miracle slider looks like it gives the best stretch for an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and it is pretty cheap. Not dissing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] cause the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] is still an amazing tool! But starting tomorrow i am going to be back on the grind!!! I need this .5" gain in BPEL by May guys! Hopefully even sooner!

I am now going to try to hang every day (maybe 1 day a week off if I'm too busy) of the week now for about 20-40 minutes depending on how much time i have. I am also still waiting on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] sleeves to come my way but i haven't heard anything about them for awhile now, hopefully i hear more about them soon! Also i am still waiting on a response to if the PF can maybe be a monthly prize, which would be deadly!

Thats ok, I would add more time to hanging you know I am an advocate for short sessions but still 15 min might be too short. How does 11 lbs feel? Does the weight sink in and you feel comfortable after a min or two or are you feeling the intensity the whole way through?

The only reason that I only did 15 minutes and no extra set of stretches was because I was really late for work and I realized at the 15 minute mark that I was hella late so I stopped hanging right away and rushed to work lol

Take your time and enjoy the Christmas season. Allow yourself plenty of relaxed time to get to know your new equipment. It is NEVER good to rush the learning process, this is how mistakes and injuries happen. I am excited to see how you work this into your routine.

I can see myself being able to wear this thing 6+ hours at a time without taking it off as long as I don't have to go to the washroom lol. I can also see myself wearing this it night time! The only downside is that sometimes I have to go to the washroom often and taking it on and off is going to be a hassle lol.
