I pep talk my penis to quit messing around and grow but i don't lash on it. I praise it for doing good work on its rest days and routine days. And I thank it a lot for all its done. I don't say these out loud but I say it in my mind where my body can respond

Exciting stuff guys! I am finishing up my homemade hanger tomorrow and going to be trying it out tomorrow! The design was inspired by Blueballs homemade hanger. I really do hope this thing works as I won't be buying a male hanger for another month and a bit (give or take) so if this thing works and can hold me off until then then i will be hyped! I will post a pic of it tomorrow and give updates on how it works.

So I made the homemade hanger today and there are a few things I have to say about it...

The main thing is that it works which made me pretty happy! I hung just 5 lbs for 2 sets of 15 minutes just to start. I believe that i can hang another 2-3 lbs comfortably without damaging anything. Its not the most comfy thing in the world but its a $10 homemade hanger what do you expect lol. Some modification that I think I am going to make to it is get 2 new wooden blocks and line up the holes better, get longer bolts and put some sort of a padding on the inside of the blocks. Overall I think that this thing will last me quite a while, or at least until I buy a new hanger. Tell me what you think!

I am going to start posting my daily routines again because I feel like that is what kept me motivated in the past so here we go.

-warmup 5-10 minutes
-Mandingo V-stretches 5 minutes
-hanging 2 sets of 15 minutes @5lbs
-UJW for 5-7 hours
-hanging 2 sets of 15 minutes @5lbs
-UJW for 3-4 hours

Thank you I'm glad to have been part of this place for a year already and hopefully many more years to come! Ya I have, but through hanging! Hanging even just 6lbs for 2-3 sets of 15 minuets gives me more intensity then my old regular manual sessions! I think that at the end of my hanging sessions from now on I am going to add a set of newbie stretches or something along those lines just to make sure that I am hitting all angles!

they are! but even v stretch mandingo wasnt enough for me so i had to do bundled lol. I know you'll gain :)

Just be sure you have the skin pulled back so the scrotal skin does not get lengthened.

Ahh no worries, only do it when you're ready or if not just do the normal bundles they'll always be killer

I don't know how bad it'll create turkey neck since I've not had the problem and I can imagine its hard just pulling back on the skin while doing the exercise.

This is a life-changing experience and having the support of this community allows for all those 'behind-closed-doors' victories to be shared in a safe/encouraging environment. If I tried PE w/out [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], there's no way I'd have any of the successes that I've enjoyed...having a place to discuss what you can't in 'The Real World' is priceless, imo

Of course, the mandingo bundles hit more of the base, you can target any area of the shaft just bundle that area and stretch but when ive done bundles i only felt it in the middle so the mandingo plus bundle give great base tunica ripping

I think I may up the weight that I'm hanging to about 7.5lbs soon, probably within the next 2-3 days or so. 6 lbs is feeling a little bit light now. Also my divosuits should be in soon so I'm going to start using those for all day passive pe and all night passive pe as well.

I don't usually take rest days but today i had no time to do my usual hanging routine like i usually do. Tonight i may try to get a quick hanging session followed by an attempt at an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ANS[/words]. Funny story, when i first started PE i heard of hanging and thought to myself "why would i ever hang? i don't think i ever will!" and here i am today about 1 week into hanging and I'm already loving it! Once i get my new hanger (don't know which one i am going to get yet) i am not going to be able to stop hanging! My homemade hanger is doing the trick for now though, I am getting used to it.

The real reason why i do it is because it keeps me motivated to keep doing PE. I find that when i post my daily routines i tend to want to do PE daily and not get lazy. When i don't post on my thread i tend to lose focus and not do any PE that day or the next day. I know it sounds strange but it just helps me a lot!

It is best to have a very organized progress thread. Having record of all exercises/routine/tools tried to give you an overview to what has worked and what has not. It also allows you to see that certain combinations work better than others or what has not worked. It also gives clues to plateaus and what worked to get you through that. Of course measurements a very important also and pictures if willing.

I don't update my thread unless I've made a change in routine that merits a post...what keeps me motivated are all the threads and updates from The Brotherhood. I'll add my $0.02 if I feel I have anything worthwhile to contribute, but for the most part I read and try to find some new ideas that I can incorporate into my routine

thanks pillesnoppen, I do 3 sets on each side... 2 sets of 1 minute and 1 set of 30 seconds for both the right and the left side. Sometimes i just do 5 30second sets on each side. Thats how i have always done them with regular bundles, but now I'm doing it with a mandingo stretch built in. Its powerful as hell.
