Bought a new male hanger yesterday, should be in within the next 1-2 weeks hopefully. Cant wait to start using it and hopefully it will give me the .5"-.75" gain that I want within the next 6-8 months time. I gotta stay focussed!

.5"-.75" hanging is very realistic. No doubt you will do it if you focus and study up.

You can do more turns on regular bundles but on the mandingo it's a bit too much that my skin starts hurting lol. and yes bundled mandingo plus the V stretch is also killer combo

try combining bundled dld blasters. tried it yesterday. it was crazy.

hung 7.5lbs for the first time today, didn't feel too bad!

What I do for the Mandingo bundles is I twist my dick around 1 time and then do a Mandingo stretch so as I'm doing the Mandingo my dick is also bundled around 2 times! I hope this makes sense, I'm bad at explaining things lol.

Didn't have much time in the AM to get hanging done but here's how today went...

OCTOBER 4/16

-5 minute shower warmup
-5 minute bundled Mandingo stretches
-1 set of newbie stretches (30 secs each)
-1 set of BTC stretches (30 secs each)
-ujw for 5 hours
-2x15 minutes hanging @7.5lbs
-ujw for 3 hours

Soon I am going to start doing a hanging routine before bed as well to get some more stretching in. I'm going to try to get it in every day or every other day

I usually switch between SD and BTC but I am going to make some sort of a rig soon so that I can hang SO. Sometimes I do 20 minutes sets it all depends on how my glans are feeling (purple and cold). When I get back from my trip I am going to start doing night hanging sessions so I will get 1+ hours hanging a day!

I found straight down to be the most intense for me, I was doing btc before. Your routine looks solid though keep it up. I was thinking of trying a-stretch type of hanging with a broom stick or something, that might be a little crazy though. btc never feels better than downward stretch idk y

Ya I think I may try sitting down and then losing a broom on top of my legs and then hanging the weight over the broom handle! That could work! Idk if that's what you were talking about but if so then I guess great minds think alike aha lol :P

Extending I would say two positions up or down. I would put effort into both. Hanging has many positions so all those positions should be hit.

Got an email saying that my malehanger is at my house now, so when I get home Monday night I am going to try it out quickly just to see how it is and then starting to use it daily anywhere from 30 min to 1.5 hours!! All aboard the GainTrain! :)

This is a very smart idea, especially if you are on a budget and don't want to buy weight plates which could cost an extra $20-$30 on top of buying your hanger!

It is easy and convenient, you can add fractions of weight if you wanted. Instead of having to go 2lbs at a time or 5 lbs. You could add 1 or less than 1, but I usually increase 2 lbs at a time.

Going to be home at around 8:30pm tomorrow so as soon as I get home I am going to test out my malehanger and I will give my first impressions on it as soon as I get the chance to!
