Thats ok, I would add more time to hanging you know I am an advocate for short sessions but still 15 min might be too short. How does 11 lbs feel? Does the weight sink in and you feel comfortable after a min or two or are you feeling the intensity the whole way through?

The only reason that I only did 15 minutes and no extra set of stretches was because I was really late for work and I realized at the 15 minute mark that I was hella late so I stopped hanging right away and rushed to work lol

Take your time and enjoy the Christmas season. Allow yourself plenty of relaxed time to get to know your new equipment. It is NEVER good to rush the learning process, this is how mistakes and injuries happen. I am excited to see how you work this into your routine.
