There are different ways to go about hanging and they both work, low weight long periods of time or higher weight shorter periods of time. Does heavy weight and short periods of time work? Absolutely thats how I do it, I only do one set of 20 mins at a high intensity. That is one of the main reasons I hang, I can get a decent workout with decent gains without dedicating hours of my time to pe. Altogether length and girth I do about 1:15-1:30 hours daily.

Exactly! It's just like working out. You can either lift a lighter weight for more volume (sarcoplasmic hypertrophy), or you can lift a heavier weight for less volume (myofribrillar hypertrophy). they work in different ways but they both build muscle.

Shorter periods of say 10 minutes at a heavy weight and maybe 10 sets will bring gains. But traditionally, hanging is an all day affair.

Today was one of my best length days in a LONG time. I incorporated the 1" in 12 weeks routine length portion. My day went like this...

-5 minute shower warmup
-5 minutes of bundles
-2x20 minutes hanging @8.5 lbs

-1 set of newbie stretches

today i didn't have time for any PE, i woke up late and was late for school so as soon as i woke up i went there and then had to go straight to work. Tomorrow i am going to do that same day as i did yesterday though! I believe that I am going to buy the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] very soon, i am hoping to order it within the next month or so. I am thinking that i am going to get the complete set with the belt and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. this will allow me 2 options on how i am going to extend during the day. When i am at placement i am going to use the belt and when i am at work or just hanging out around the house i am going to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. When I am at school i will probably use either or. The thing that i like most about the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] is that I won't have to take it off every 1-1.5 hours, and i heard from some different people that you can use it at night as well, and this would be very beneficial to me as well!

Your workout looks solid brother, how does the 8.5 lbs feel? Are you hitting fatigue in the first set or in the second set is really where it sets in? 5x1.5 hour sets on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after hanging is SOLID.

You are gonna grow that dick so fast.

8.5lbs is actually feeling pretty good right now! I can feel the fatigue in both sets and after I'm done hanging I can feel the fatigue in my ligs set in! I think i may try to hang 10 lbs either on Sunday or Monday!

so today my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster pro[/words] came in and i am honestly so damn excited!!!!!!!! I have been using it for short sets of about 30 minutes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] portion of it just to test it out. after i take it off after 30 minutes the glans are a bit cold and a tiny bit purple but i believe that might be because i am using too much suction and the fact that I'm still getting used to it. The only complaint that I have about it is that you have no clue when your glans are getting really cold and you have no idea when you should take it off. After a while you should know how long you can stay in it but if something happens and you lose circulation faster then you usually do you don't really know when to take it off! But other then that i am in love with it, its awesome so far! Hello everyone! Ive been trying to keep up as much as i can with PE but I'm just super busy with school and work and whatnot, but here was todays routine...

-shower warmup
-2x15 minutes hanging @8.5 lbs
-PMP [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/belt for 5 hours
-ujw for 3 hours

Im going to try to wear the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] more often now, but i think that i may have either a blister or some sort of water retention on the underside of my shaft just below my glans but it could just be a vein that is showing up a bit more that i noticed a long time ago. I am going to keep a close eye on it though. Hopefully it is nothing serious and I'm fine so that i can keep doing my routine.

How did this routine look? i didn't get a chance to hang this morning cause i was in a rush but i did what i could get done in my time period! Tomorrow at some point i am going to establish the 3 workouts that i am going to try to cycle through and write it down as a post in this thread (each workout routine will be done depending on how much time i have during the day and will be categorized as workout #1, #2, or #3)

Still enjoying the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words], broke a sluice and a diaphragm yesterday which pissed me off though lol. The diaphragm broke while i was in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] last night before i went to bed and the sluice broke when i was trying to put it on the head piece, pretty soon I'm going to have to order new diaphragms and sluices already DAMN AHA!!! I really want to win the poster of the month and i am trying to stay motivated to try my hardest to contribute as much as i can to the best that i can.

Anyways i believe on Monday I am going to try to hang 10lbs for hopefully 2x15 minute sets, hell maybe even 2x20 minute sets! i guess we will just have to see!!!
