Good news unfortunately i ahvent used my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] ...theres a problem whit lenght and girth here i used to use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] before stretching and up to what i know is counterproductive,im supposed to wait 8 hours before starting a lenght session....Not having enough waiting time.

When I put length routine completed it counts for my whole length routine (aka... 5-10 minutes of bundles, 2 sets of newbie stretches, and 5 minutes of expressive stretching) I make sure to get bundles in before every session.

Slacking is ok as long as you keep something going and you make sure that slacking is short. Even on days or times where I take breaks I still do something to keep my head in the game.

And yes I know DLD, I always make sure that I do something in a day that keeps me focused, if not then I feel that it's a day wasted that I could've been making gains.

And great news! After only about a month or so of doing this new routine I have seen a .2" gain in my BPFSL!!! This motivates me even more to keep going!! Next stop, 8" BPFSL and then later on the 8" BPEL will come on it's way!! :)

So I just found out that the BPFSL gain that I thought I got was actually fake, I am still sitting at 7.5" BPFSL. I have never been so discouraged in my life :( seeing all these people make gains and I still can't make any. Does anyone know something or have anything to say that would cheer me up? It would be much appreciated.
 
Sorry I Havnt posted on this thread in a little while I've been in a little bit of a slump.

The past week I have been staying pretty consistent with trying to get into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for at least 1.5 hours a day and at least 4-5 hours in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] at a decent tensions.

Measured my nbpel at almost 100% erect (when I say that I mean almost as solid as a fucking rock lol) I was at about 6.8" so that means that I'm almost at my 7" nbpel short term goal!!! My BPFSL is fluttering around anywhere between 7.5"-7.75" and I also want to get that up to around 8". I think that may take around 3-4 months to get both my nbpel and my BPFSL to where I want them to be.

Congratulations of the gain, 7 is a big step towards 8. For me every number change inspired me to go for the next. I hope you remain consistent and get that 8 as quickly as possible.

I like this routine. You are covering all areas of length potential. Are you going length only? Anyway, this is a very well thought out workout.

Yes DLD, I am just focussing on length as of now and then in another 3 or so months I will start to worry more about girth. I have a pretty decent girth at around 5.25" but I would like to bump that up to 5.5" or even 6" one day, but right now I'm just focussed on length.

And thanks for the feedback! I may try to add a couple things here and there to the routine but it's good so far!
