So maybe flacid exercises are uncecessary then, if it can all be done more effectively erect?

Kausion, I apologize if I've asked this question before. I don't have a great memory especially on Sundays...but how long before you saw gains from Erect Work? I know you said you did Red's TOW stretch in the clamp also...but how long of a time did you if any at all combine the erect stretches with the TOW's?
