Being the owner of a black penis I will weigh in on this with my $0.02
I started Penis Enlargement at 7x5.5, which is a size that may have some shrinkage built in because I hadn't had sex in nearly four years.

On an objective note ponder this:
(1) Most guys boast that Penis Enlargement is working because after gaining just 1/2 to 1 full inch all of a sudden their girlfriends are complaining of pain, discomfort, uteral tapping etc.
(2) Cross reference this against the studies that put black men to be on average only slightly larger than whites (read the same 1/2 to 1 inch mentioned above). And it is no wonder the perception may come from women (and other recievers of black cock), that they feel larger.
(3) In addition the larger flaccid state adds to the confusion/perception. I have scanned some anthopological information which suggest the larger flaccids would come from climatological differences. Warmer climates responsible for the development of larger noses, lips, and flaccids. Brethren white counterparts would have been doomed by these features in the colder climates due to more surface area exposure. Even the consistency of the nostrils was mentioned, in that the wider nostrils of blacks benefited by sucking in larger amounts of air to support the sprinting neccessary for survival in their habitat, on the other end of the coin these nostrils would have been ill fated consuming larger amounts of the frozen air of the northern climates. If you buy into this it may explain why some of the white men closer to the mediterranian also seem bigger as suggested in an earlier post.
Also, their is data to support that Austrailian men are hung even more so than black men on average. Austrailian men benifit from a warm climate however they haven't been there long enough for this type of anthropological change to take place. A strange anomoly however is that the Australian women seem to crave black men much more than any of the other European based women, this is ironic because they would seem to benefit least from sampling the chocolate. Go figure....

The is actually the truth about what my great grandmother expalined to me, she was born before the turn of the century and it was passed on to her from others. In any case here goes....
In the beggining of the slave trade the breeders wanted to get the best bang for their buck (no pun intended). What this meant is that not only did they need a guy to work tirelessly but also to reproduce more young bucks that would work tirelessly.
Take away the 600 years of common sense and academic intelligence we have gained since then and what you have is a handful of pale slave traders staring at naked black men, who might have perceived that longer cocks were more fertil and could make more babies. Because of the gestation of pregnancy, more seats needed to be given to the women which put even more pressure on picking the most fertil male slaves (the ones with the longest johnsons). (on a side note the black women with all that junk in the trunk, would have been percieved as more fertil due to their curves than other black women who may have been left behind [once again no pun intended]). Once in America after the slave traders finished their breeding cycles, the women would choose men based on natural selection to form families with, these men may not have been the same men that were so popular with the breeders. The reduction in breeding, abolition of slavery, natural selection based on attributes other than penis size would have eventually thinned out the ranks of the Mandigo.
This myth (of the mandingo) could easily be debunked by a comparison of black males in the Americas vs black males in Africa.
Bottom line for me is that race does not have nearly as much to due with penis size as does genetics. In other words white Mandigos could be created the same way the black mandigos were created. Hmmmm.... maybe if Hitler himself had a big cock he would have included this attribute in his plan for the master race, tsk, tsk what a pity.
In any case none of this really matters since DLD (the godfather of Penis Enlargement) has given us this exemplary method so that any of us can end up with a bigger penis.
