Haven't remeasured. I do notice a marked difference in flaccid length though. My only interest is in measuring NBEL and EG. I had no plans to measure right now but can soon for you DLD.

Beware: I had that mentality before - only erect length/girth was relevant to me so I only would measure that to see gains. I suggest measuring flaccid stretch length though, to keep you motivated. Gains come in the form of flaccid stretch length then translate to erect length gains. I now consider flaccid stretch length gains just as important as anything. Also, women like to look at your crotch to try and make out the size of your penis. For this reason, I am finding flaccid stretch length very important. I could imagine how nice it would feel to have a woman look at your crotch and then look away in embarrassment with a stupid smile on her face after you've caught her..... DLD, I'm going to use that last sentence in my romance novel - Dreams of Penis by Mike Shlort.

Thanks for the concern hepcat but I have never had any issues sleeping with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on. I sleep on my back and stay there. And when I am awake if I want to lay on my stomach while I have the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on I just point it up or down and I'm good to go. DLD, I use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] slider. I've had it for about 5 years now. I have no idea what brand it is. I have tried and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] like [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] but didn't like it. To difficult to put on and didn't feel I was extending to my max. With the slider I don't have to stretch my penis out to get it on and I can extend out fully. As for circulation, never had any problems. I put the noose on lightly and have made my own modifications to it to make it extremely comfortable and I don't extend out fully.

I understand where you are coming from. Having a bigger erect penis is motivation enough for me. As for women taking notice, that will happen whether I know flaccid stretch length or not. But as I type this I think, "what's a minute of my time?" Here is a pic of my flaccid stretch length.

You really should be measuring Bone pressed erect in order to see the gains you are making. At least measure bone-pressed flaccid stretched so you know gains from weight gain. If you gain or lose weight and you are only measuring non-bone pressed you will never know where the gain comes from. Just a tip to save you worry and stress.

DLD, I've read many times about how being overweight can decrease penis size because of the fat deposit hiding/covering some of the length of the penis. Fortunately I've never had a problem with weight. Always naturally been thin/muscular because that's how my family is and playing sports and exercising. I've been a 29-30'' waist as long as I can remember, lol. I will measure soon thought for you guys. Busy with work this week.

Really focus on downward stretching, behind the cheeks stretching, and rotary stretches at a low angle, these stretches will really focus on your ligaments.

Hey i tried the BTC stretches last night in a fetal position on my bed it made it a lot easier on the body instead of squatting down,i also hung my butt of the side of my bed to do the rotaries.
Do you hang straight out or BTC?

Position makes all the difference in the world, that is why I started to do these in a squat position. I like your idea of the fetal position, sounds like you can really get some good angular stretches this way. I will try it tonight. These must be doing so serious stretching to your ligs, huh?

I also used a long belt and laid on my back on my bed and hung 7.5 lbs over my shoulder off the edge of the bed for 10 mins to apply the tension of the hang in an upward direction. Worked very comfortably. 200 jelqs and 500 PC squeezes.
