Is that insulation you use to clamp comfortable? I mean if I used it for heavy hanging do you think it would be easy on the skin?

I've done some hanging latley, my first hanger was made out of this insulation and a clamp. I would wrap my penis with gauze, then put a 9 inch strip of self adheasive [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] around it tightly. Then I would put on the insulation, set the clamp up with some string and clamp dowm, then I would use shoe string to loop through the hole on the weights, and connect the 2 strings from the hanger to the weights using a cable clamp. I've hung about 12 pounds like this, and it seemed to work O.K.

But since I do the same exact thing execpt I use the wire PVC pipe on top of the pipe insulation for extra padding and support. I works pretty good, and I get a hella good lig burn from my hanging sessions!

For a comfortable hanger I feel you should wrap, then use the pipe insulation then, on top of everything use the wire PVC hose for the most comfort using this method!
 
I've been ADCing for roughly 5 months now. It was a bitch in the beginning cause I had to learn my limitations and I wanted to push my dick too hard. But never had an injury, well nothing worse than some irritated skin!

My gains doing this are????

I've seen a difference in my flaccid hang, maybe 1/2 inch gain based on my average flaccid length. Flaccid girth is up about 1/2 inch too. I have maybe gained 1/8inch in erect girth. The most noticeable thing for me was erect head size. It has grown 1/2inch in girth since beginning ADC and clamping. Plus looks longer and fuller, but not sure how much head length I gained cause I don't measure the length of my glans! I also consider myself a hard-gainer. Because it seems to take a lot of work for me to gain.

I'm now going to lay off on ADC some and get into pumping. I want to try out some things with it. I got a great deal on a Dr. Kaplan pump at a local novelty shop. The guy who sold me the pump now knows about [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]! :)
He was cool, the pump was 140 bucks in the store, but he sold it to me for 60 bucks! Great deal huh??? On Kaplan's website, the Dr. sells the same model for 198 bucks >:( Rip off, yep. You can also get one at E-Bay for around the same price I payed for it! :)

My new routine goes as followed!

I do 3 sets of pumping at 15 mins of duration. Starting the first set at 3hg of pressure, an ending that set around 4hg. The second set I start at 4hg of pressure, and end at 5hg of pressure. On the last set I stay at steady 5hg of pressure. Before starting my pumping session I do manual stretches, for about 10 mins in all directions. Then some slow dry jelqs, then I get fully erect and start to pump! I rest 3 to 5 mins between sets and do some manual stretches then as well.

My results so far have been nice. I've only had a few pumping sessions so far, but i must say I am happy with the feelings and the look of the penis after a workout! I have not had a donut effect, which you see some pumpers get. The reason why they get the donut effect is because they stay in the tube too long at one time and use too high of pressure. However doing a few sets back to back for 15 mins at a low steady pressure, will get you results. Going in the tube fully erect is a must. My temp gains after a pump session are very similar to a clamp session. Post workout measurements are impressive. I gain from 1/8in to 3/4in in erect girth. Flaccid girth mid shaft measured 10mins after a pump session is 1/2 inch bigger. Plus the pump seems to make my penis more evened out after a good workout. In a clamp I seem to get more puffy on one side than the other, but not with a pump.

I also busted a nut last night and It just kept coming and coming. I shot like 12 good shots then several dribbles. Normally I shot 3 to 4 good shots and then several dribbles. My girlfriend even commented on my huge cumshot! rofl It also felt great. I don't think it was really the pump that caused this, but the pressure put around the penis in the pump might have had something to do with this, cause I pumped all week and never blew a wad until last night. Also it seemed thicker than normal.

I like this routine for now, and will stick with it and keep posting my results!

I love the evening out effect pumping has. I usually end my pump/clamp sessions with a pump. I also seem to be producing a little more cum.

Last night I did a short 10min pumping session after the Rams stunned the fuckin seahawks! Damn right! I want to my girlfriens house to get some! She was still bleeding so I got her to blow me and she kept looking at my dick, I was like "What" She said "You feel and look thicker!" Damn this felt good cause I knew I was thicker than normal! Nice to here your girl comment on what your doing!
