Last time I checked (4 days ago) I was 6.4'' BPenis EnlargementL and 5'' EG. I just started Penis Enlargement'ing seriously 4 days ago and so far I'm doing pretty well...I tried once about a year ago but I never stuck with it. Does anyone have suggestions to fix the upward curvature (pics are below)? My goal is 7.5'' x 6''. Any suggestions for altering my routine in order to acheive my goal? Thanks.

Here's my routine (7 days a week no breaks):

1) Manual Stretching under IR light: 3 Sets of each stretch below

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

2) 100, 1 sec kegels...50, 5 sec kegels take 2 sec to release...5, 20 sec long kegels

3) 250 wet jelqs.

4) 15 ulis followed by 15 horse440s

5) Head enlargement (not sure what the technical term is)
Get 80% erection.. clamp with left hand on base...take right hand and put on top of left and stroke up towards head ...when get to the head left hand strokes up towards right hand...50 of these

6) Manual Stretching under IR light: 1 Set of each stretch below

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

7) warm down with various twists/cranks under IR light...approx 1-2 minutes

I just screwed it into a desk lamp clamp I bought at home depot for $5 a few days ago. It really helps to loosen you up. Thanks to user joe_smith for the recommendation.

The pics were taken about 30 minutes ago. I had my last session 15 hours ago. I might have measured my girth wrong. I wouldn't be suprised if it was maybe 5.2'' or so...but I measured 5'' 4 days ago with a tape measure mid shaft. Should I be measuring girth at the base of shaft?

I will measure and post pics later on tonight after my session to get an update.

IR=Infra Red...BTW your upward curve is ideal. As long as an upward curve isn't extreme (yours is very mild) it is actually what I would consider a super-charged dick! You've got that tool of yours ready to stimulate her g-spot with that.

Oops... yea IR = infra red, heh. I never thought about gspot stimulation ... I suppose you are right... especially doggy style...Hydromaxm. I guess it's not that big of a deal fixing that upward curve then...one less thing to worry about. Will post updated measured pics in an hour or two.

Just finished my 5th session (5th day). I've been working about 3-4 hours a day just doing manual excercises. I have this girl that I want to hook up with over winter break and I hope to get as big as possible and please her as best I can...maybe I can make a little gain (.2'' in length and maybe .1'' in girth) by christmas (I know those are small gains but anything I can do to make a good impression on her before she goes back to college would be nice). Obviously I would like to continue Penis Enlargement'ing during/after winter break to acheive my 7.5x6 goal. I measured my BPenis EnlargementL and I got a 6.5'' measurement..not sure if I measured wrong the first time or just had a small .05-.1'' gain. I also have a bit of an upward curvature as I mentioned before so if I straighten my dick out the length increases by about .1-.2''. My girth moved a tiny bit I think (measured a little over 5'' now) ... I was actually holding the webcam with my teeth when I took the pic below. I couldn't get a good girth pic because I couldn't get the cam close enough to show the inch marker.

I don't see how an upward curve would stimulate G-Spot doing doggy style. It would stimulate it doing missionary. Your dick looks bigger than your stats, especially your girth. Your routine looks pretty good. Good luck man.
 
Just got done with 3 hours of manual excercises (this is the 6th day of 3-4 hours a day). I also added in 1 set of 10 DLD blasters to see if I can get the hang of it. I also edited the ULIS with a bend and kegel for 5 seconds at the last squeeze. When you guys measure BPenis EnlargementL do you press down hard? When I press down hard against my pubic bone I get a measurement of 6.8''. I will be taking the weekly measurement on Monday to see where I'm at...I think I have gained .1'' and .05'' girth but I'm not really sure. Hopefully these long hours will pay off.

Routine looks good,give it a good few months and you should see some good gains,i wouldn't measure every week,give it at least a month.

Ive got a similar upward curve and it is a bonus for hitting the g spot.
 
Just finished Day 7 of 7 of the normal routine. This time I added in 10 more DLD blasters and more intense bends at the end of the ULIS. During the 250 wet jelqs my head felt like it was about to explode...actually painful (not sure if I should take a break from jelqing or just lower the intensity). I definitely noticed the veins bulging more and becoming more defined...also my erections were immense compared to usual. I also felt some tenderness near the ridge of the head on the right side. Do you think I am doing too much for a beginner? Maybe I should do 6 days on and 1 day off? Should I allow myself more time for recovery? Thanks for your help/support.
 
Ok. With the help/advice from samzman I have altered my routine to 5 days on 2 days off (in order to allow for proper healing time). 3-4 hours a day 7 days a week was just overdoing it... I am going to work the hell out of my dick for 5 days and then rest on the weekend (sat/sun).
 
Digster, Your routine looks solid and your penis is looking great. STick with this one for a while. I think soon you may be ready for the PHASE 5 routine, the big boy, the jump off. Keep at it, you are doing grand!

Thanks for the reply DLD. I have passed the 2 week barrier tonight and I have taken a few measurements. My flaccid length is now 4.5'' and my BPenis EnlargementL is 6.7''. I measured my girth and got a 5.1'' measurement...so I have experienced some length gains but little girth gains. I suppose this is natural for a newbie. It is working though and I will be continuing with the routine for another month or so. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the reply and constant inspiration DLD. It has been 3 weeks and I have experienced some decent gains. After my workout tonight I measured a 5'' NBP flaccid hang which I have pics of below.
 
Finished Day 22 and I'm psyched. I just hit the 7'' BPenis EnlargementL mark :blush:

So far I've taken total of 2 days off and I've worked that same routine day after day. Sure has paid off. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.
 
This is awesome. You have posted a .6" length gain and a .1" girth gain in 22 days with only 2 breaks. Very cool. I was always told to take days off (other than stretching) to let your junk heal up, but this shows different. Mitosis only needs a 12 hour break and micro-tears an 8 hour break. Thoughts?
 
New starter here, Just looking for gains in thickness erect and thickness flaccid, Ok with my length, although flaccid could do with a bit more - anyone gonna get me started on a few exercises? Thanks guys
