So at the moment, I am hanging down for 5 minutes and then resting for 2 minutes to get blood flow back. then I am Hanging over my right sholder for 5 minutes and then resting.
IM getting a good pull on the shaft skin, that I can feel :S I guess im getting a pull on the actual shaft its self, feels liek it.
After the 10 mins of hanging im then rewrapping and keeping the little fella like that.

any tips?

Good starting weight but I suggest trying to double that over about a months time to see better length gains.

Ok I'll try and double it over the next month.
It hurts a little at the moment, but I am getting good stretch.
I think I've mastered [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] wrap, before I was pulling the bandage way to tight, you really only need to pull it a little and the combination of all the layers makes it nice and tight.
My glands are a little sore from running against the edge of the wrap, so I need to find away to easy that.

EDIT - So I just did another hanging session and hung for 20minutes today. 10 straight down and then 10 over the shoulder. Man over the sholder really puts a good stretch on the undersider of my penis.
I might try and add a bit more weight at the end of the week. That gives me another 2 days with this weight.

I think I will take the week off from wrapping all day. My penis seems very irritated at the moment. I will still hang each day, but wrapping all day is off for a bit.

If you are feeling irritation it is wise to take a break. Irritation can become skin burn rather quickly so I am happy you are taking this time off.
