So at the moment, I am hanging down for 5 minutes and then resting for 2 minutes to get blood flow back. then I am Hanging over my right sholder for 5 minutes and then resting.
IM getting a good pull on the shaft skin, that I can feel :S I guess im getting a pull on the actual shaft its self, feels liek it.
After the 10 mins of hanging im then rewrapping and keeping the little fella like that.
any tips?
