Looks like Im seeing more gains in the length department while clamping and pumping. Although Im not gaining any permanent girth yet, atleast its not getting smaller as I continue to gain length.
 
God damn man you're going to be 11" in two years! That's tight dude. I wish I gained like you did. Maybe since girth routines give you so much length, maybe doing hanging and stuff will give you mad girth? lol
 
lol, I gain length no matter what I do. Clamping, one of the best girth exercises in Penis Enlargement history, causes me to gain length. Ive never clamped without pumping though, but one would think that I would start seeing some girth gains regardless. I may have gained a little girth but not much.

When I began my journey into Penis Enlargement, I thought I would quit once I hit 8'' BP. Well, that came all too early, so now Im thinking I'll stop focussing on length somewhere around 7.75-8'' NBP.

I just dont want my unit to be unproportioned. Everyone always says to focus on length first, then girth. That its easier to stretch a skinnier penis than a thick one. I just hope once I reach my length gains that something in my Penis Enlargement arsenal will create ALOT more girth.
 
My latest thinking is that whatever your propensity is, that is the direction your gains take you--whether it's in girth or length. Damn, I wish it were more scientific!!

For the most part I believe this to be true. "Most" clampers do indeed gain girth while most hangers gain length. However, I do know of many that gain length easier than girth and vice versa. I personally am a very hard girth gainer but I can almost add length just by thinking about it.
 
This says to me that you're penis circulation wasn't that great before. Cause more blood = harder erections....so if you're gaining length in erections I'd assume that you're getting better erections and putting more blood in. I'm not going to dishearten you in anyway cause that is a thick looking 5" penis. And you're at my goal length and it's nice to see that it won't look skinny or thin. I'd keep at it maybe add in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] or some wall clamps.


wall clamps seem to help most people with girth research the exercise though as I'm not 100% on how to explain it.

You are making strides in your gains so you should be happy girth will come if you keep focused!

Im 27 years old and my erections have always been very strong. One doesnt go from 7.5''-8'' BP from having a harder erection. I have a set of 4 month progress pics showing a 1/2'' gain from pumping and jelqing alone.

Lately my NBP has been increasing while my BP has stayed the same. The only way possible for this to occur is that Im losing a little weight and my fat pad is decreasing. Many see BP gains at first but no noticeable NBP gains then they slowly appear. After doing this for slightly over a year Ive monitored my growth very closely and have taken plenty of pics to see the before and after stages.

Thanks. I just changed my routine up today. Im going to stick with the new one for a month or so and see what kind of gains I make during this time.
 
I was thinking about mixing somethings up last night and came up with a routine that I may give a shot. Since I have a homemade powerjelqer I havent used in about 8 months I thought about adding it into a workout routine somehow. After much thought this is what I came up with.

Warmup/light stretches
Pump for 10 minutes @ 5hg
30-50 wet jelqs
Clamp for 8 minutes
Powerjelq for 6 minutes...repeat this for 3 full sets.

Then after taking 1-2 days off start the routine over again but change the order in which they start. For instance...

Powerjelq for 10 minutes
Pump for 8 minutes @ 5hg
30-50 wet jelqs
Clamp for 6 minutes

Basically Im just taking the last exercise of the day and making it the first on the next workout day and cycyling through them so they all fall under the 10 min, 8 min, and 6 min time frames at some point. Eventually I will increase the times to 12 min, 10 min, and 8 min and work my way up. Im just thinking that constantly changing the exercises and the amount of time each is performed will help the gains continue, hopefully girth primarily.
 
That is soooo cool that you have before and after pics. I wish I had known how to use the technology to take some before I started P.E. Never entered my mind.

No problem, pal. I guess we're also extra sensitive here. Actually, I'd rather be extra sensitive than insensitive. I do sometimes come across as a smart ass. I surely don't mean it that way.
 
Isn't that more like 6 1/2 if you put it at the base of the penis instead of behind the sack.

I mean you can't even get whats behind the base in her anyway
 
If you put the ruler on top of the penis then you can't see the digits as well-- if at all. That's a good shot--bone pressed erect length. I don't think moving it slightly to the side makes any difference.
