Yesterday, I finally got to 200 on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], but today I was smarter and actually had my camera. If I use my hands and force the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] into my fatpad, I've gotten up to 220. Without forcing it down, I put up a personal best earlier today at 205. I'm pleased with this gain and am going to go for more.
 
Thanks. I started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] last summer. I remember being stuck in the 180's and 190's, but have hit 200 or better in my last 3 workouts.
 
Congrats! Damn dude that's insane girth! Got my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] on Sat. & can get to about 210-215 but it feels like I'm pulling my insides out!
 
Thanks. My advice is to light manual stretch first and do a warm-up set of about 3-5 minutes. Also rub your fat pad area to keep the blood flowing. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Batmate[/words] stretches also help me to push for more during the workout.
 
Best way of measuring your gains. It looks like if you hadn't that upward curve you'd be 210+ already!

What's your MSEG? My guess is 6.5, right?
 
Thanks DLD! Smartie, I never thought about it until you mentioned it, but I guess the upward curve does limit it somewhat. If all conditions are optimal and I get a 100% erection, my mseg is 6 1/2" unpumped/unclamped. I haven't had complete optimal conditions in awhile, so hopefully next time I'll be past that. The problem is that I can't maintain a 100% erection long enough to then get to the tape measure and not have anxiety set in. I know before I got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], that a dollar bill (6 1/8") could just barely close around my unit. Now, a dollar bill won't close. The upper/top shaft (just south of my head) is more than 6 1/8", but not quite 6 1/4".
 
I started messing around with P.E. around 1999. I don't have my true measurements from then, as I was measuring incorrectly. I had never heard of bpel, bpfsl, etc. I was more concerned with length at that time. I was less than impressed with my flaccid length, but I'm going to guess that my bpel was probably around 7" or so, and girth was somewhere in the 5's. I started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Batmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] last summer. At that point, my best measurements were bpfsl 9 3/4", bpel 8", and midshaft eg of 6 1/8". Now, my bpfsl is 9 7/8", bpel around 8 1/8", and midshaft eg of 6 1/2". This is the only thing that I've used that I can see results from. Some guys can do P.E. 6 days a week, but I need to recover so every workout I have is a good workout.

Thanks. The right angle is a result from not properly hanging 13 years ago. I don't have a set in stone routine, but generally it goes like this:

1) Warm-up/stretch (3-5 mins)
2) horse clamp jelq type move (I'm not sure of the correct name, 2-4 minutes)
3) 1 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] warm-up set at light-medium intensity (3-5 minutes)
4) 3-5 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets (5-7 minutes each), with horse clamp jelq type move (20-35 reps) between sets
5) horse squeeze clamp jelq type move (30-70 reps)

I was previously going 5-6 days a week (sometimes 2X a day) and out of convenience, I was doing 1 set of 20 minutes. But, I am seeing that I'm getting more out of doing shorter multiple sets and by cutting back to 1 workout per day at 4-5 days per week .

Before I worked out today, I decided to measure. Unfortunately, I've benn measuring my bpfsl wrong this whole time and am not the 9 7/8" I thought I was, but am about 9". I however did make the following unpumped/unclamped girth improvements: 7 1/4" base (was about 6 3/4" before using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]), 6 5/16" head girth, and just over 6 1/2" mid shaft girth. I apologize for the blurriness of the base girth picture.

Measuring mistakes happen sometimes for the better and sometimes not but no worries, you are MASSIVE and you will make that gain fast.

zartan, do you realize your base girth is the same as Shane Diesel's ? His cock is shaped differently in that it looks as though he's got more of the baseball bat effect, and is 7.25" girth at about 2.5" down from his glans. His base girth is smaller than yours.

With some rest, and trial hanging sessions, I have been able to make a few more improvements. A few hours ago, I measured unpumped/unclamped at just under 8 1/4" bpel (an improvement from 8 1/8"), and hit just under 7 1/2" base girth (an improvement from a recent 7 1/4"). With my improved base, I'm finding that the pressure inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is becoming uncomfortable (200 feels a lot tighter at the base now than it did a few weeks ago).

I added a twist to my work outs yesterday, before I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the a.m. after my stretches I do a form of expressive stretches for 5 min. I wrap my hand underneath my sac with my other hand supporting the opposite hand & rest it on the bathroom counter & lean forward. It puts the body weight into the stretch! Ups the intensity!!!!

Yes sir, I know this stretch very well and I love it. It makes a lot of sense as an Expressive Stretch. I can't resist doing them when I find a bathroom counter at the right height:)

Here's an update. I've not been able to get past 225 as everytime I get to 220, the gator rides up on the cylinder and causes bubbles to get in, causing the pressure to drop immediately. But, I have been able to make these unpumped/unclamped improvements:

My fat pad has decreased, but I haven't been able to add to my bpel (My flaccid stretches seem to be improving though). Also, last Friday I was working out at my gym and wore regular near knee length gym shorts. Despite wearing briefs underneath, my unit was more noticable than usual. 2 different women even came up to me that day (1 of whom is an NPC Fitness Competitor that always turns her nose up at me and the other one I'm cool with but unfortunately has appeared in a female bodybuilding fetish video), both of whom came up more than once.
Pumping by itself is o.k, for me the clamping with jelquing/squeezes afterwards has helped me progress. Now, I just need to figure out how to add some more length!

When the women start coming around like they have your confidence is showing. Have you tried pumping under water? This deal with the air bubbles that some experience. Also, using a little bit of vaseline around the gator seal also tends to eliminate bubbles.

To be more specific about the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] bubble issue is that when I press down hard or use the wine saver modification , the front right side of the cylinder slides down the top of the gator causing the pressure to immediately drop and air bubbles to come in. At 200-208, I can still press it down and back in to place while still in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but after that, I can't without pressing the valve to release. At 219, it's out place but still functioning, but once I push to 220 or beyond, it automatically slides and bubbles come in. I tried under water and vaseline around the gator, but it still happens.
 
I've been trying a new strategy for the last 2 months. Trying to go 220 all the time was wearing me out. I'm going at a lower pressure, but for longer sessions and or more sets, while doing jelqs before and afterwards, and some occasional clamping. It is working. I put up these personal bests today, unpumped and unclamped:

Just a little thing I discovered while using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is NBPenis EnlargementL while using it: (I'm at 170 which is 7 inches NBPenis EnlargementL; 205 is 8 inches; so you're up to 220 which has got to be over 9 inches stretched out.
So it definately is working on length and girth.

Thanks for the encouragemnet. Earlier today, I got to 6 7/8" mid shaft and just over 7" glans (unpumped and unclamped). I'm not going to post anymore pics until I get 7" mid shaft. I think I can get to it before the end of this year, if not sooner. Then the next step will be to not get turned down by the ladies.

I've found that when I do length work with 80% or higher intensity, it tends to have a negative impact on my girth. SO why not reach you girth goals forst then attack length? For some men this is the best option, they can concentrate easier on one thing at a time.

7 1/4" glans girth
8" base girth (no pic as I couldn't get an accurate measurement while maintaing an erection and holding the camera)

I know that even flaccid it's more noticable when I'm at the gym. 2 of the figure contestants at my gym were looking "below the equator", and more women continue to smile at/talk to me in the gym. This is helping my confidence a lot.
