turns out that where i live when shipping from places out of the eu the packages go through customs and they send a module where you have to state detailed information
the first time i never got this email because i cant acces my old email adress and the second time it worked because i gave them my new email adress and i was able to write all the aquired information
im back from a month decondition break since the last month didnt bring gains ... lets see how it works

the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] is a great tool just ease into it and start out with like 7-10 minutes. clamping is like a stronger version of a cock ring you can edge with them. but clamping is best used for keeping expansion around longer after your normal girth session IMO

It has been proven so much that it is as valid as the jelq. Every man should have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] in their PE toolbox. Clamps I know little about but they can increase girth but there is a bigger risk of injury than other girth techniques. Read some of the stickies in the Clamping forum to learn and ask any question you may have.

Because of the discoloration and bruising it can bring. I also see more thrombosis in clamping than any other PE and I certainly do not want that.

I would go everyday and wee how that goes. If you find yourself in a place where it is too much deduct 1 day at a time until you find the perfect frequency. I would not go less than 4 days. So if you wanted to take 2 days off a week go with something like Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, giving you Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as days of rest.

well, 7 months are up and i didnt gain as much as i wanted i didnt gain 1 inch in girth wich i already expected and i could have gained an inch in length but i stopped doing length a few months ago
the good thing is i have almost gained the inch and if i start length again i can continue where i started so length is not the problem
now im focusing on girth and i was trying to find the right routine
i am now trying longths routine wich gave him more than 1 inch in girth in under 3 months

Try doing jelqing/bathmate supersets you'll probably end up harder than with just edging.
