I'm on board with coffee. Black, nothing added. 2-3 calories per 8-10 ounces. I'd like to get back to yerba mate. The actual leaf stuff you stipe with hot water then drink with a metal filter straw. I'm no MSG- Milk, Sugar, Grease & Gluten. Personal beliefs and my gut biome feedback.

Gut flora, good microbes and such. It surely does have a big impact on well-being! I do notice bigger mood swings when my doodies are not swell and solid. So, optimizing your food intake for good gut flora and such is very important.
I noticed when I had to take antibiotics that all shit hit the fan, so to speak of. Now that I haven't had the need for antibiotics (and I hope that I won't have to take those anymore!) my body is functioning a lot better.

As for coffee, I do drink it black without sweeteners. But nowadays only about 1 cup a day, I notice I react better to matcha or tea for the moment. Yerba mate is pretty good, I just don't have the straw, I have a closing dipper type tea "sifter."

Good stuff. Do you have an opinion on why I am retaining fat under my abdominals?

One thing came to mind, it could be age related actually! But you mentioned six-pack in another thread, be glad about that and don't thread so much about the "fat" under. A doctor could possibly state what the real deal is, but to my understanding going to the doctor in the States can be very costly.

Sucking the fat away through surgery might help but I don't know the hazards involved. I believe it has everything to do with age though.

Surgeries are always a risk. And they always include the possibility of bad scarring due to the incision that has to be made.
Overall, yes, I think it's mostly age related and not a thing to worry about in my opinion.

Agreed. I have had two surgeries and both made me worse than I was to being with.

I think you need to fight against the spirit of unwillingness when it comes to doing cardio. That could be the answer to eradicating the fat pad.

same today my Brother, it is fucking ridiculously hot and muggy, I want to get naked and lay in front on my Air Conditioner! I can not wait for the fall!

I'm the same way for the time being! It is incredibly hot over here, very unusual. It's somewhere about 82,4 Fahrenheit for several days now. I know that's not 130, but it feels hot.
It's cool indoors, but there's outdoor work to be done and I just don't want to do it ... At least for cold you can put more layers on and still be able to work. But in the heat you can't remove layers once you're naked.

In a way it's nice to have warm weather like this, as it is rare over here. But I truly am more of the Fall person as well, born in September.
