Hey guys,

Im doing the newbie routine but always when i stretch my Penis he wakes up to the light sleep why and what can i do stop this. Because i always have to wait more than 1 minute to start stretching again to the other site is that bad for the gains ?

What? Do you mean you get an erection? Sorry, but I just couldn't undertstand what you actually meant. :)
 
Yea, i get a small erection.

When i stretch my Penis for 30 seconds in a Direction i get an small erection which take 1 minute or more minutes to go away. Then i stretch to another Direction for 30 seconds then i get again an erection every 30 seconds stretching i get an erection which need 1 minute or more to go away x.x

How i can stop this ? And
does it make the gains worse?
 
I think this is not all that bad. What you can do is either do some erect stretching (very effective when you want to make flaccid gains into erect gains) or maybe throw in some jelqs (good for girth, but also very effective length exercise). But if I was you- I'd consider this to be a bonus. That way you not only stretch, but you superset different exercises. Once your erection subsides- go back to your normal stretching routine. If you do what I wrote above, not only will you be able to continue your routine, but you will upgrade it to the level where you gain more and combine it with some girth methods giving you even more gains. I think this is something you should be happy and excited about

If you really want that boner out of the picture- masturbate and afterwards do some DLD Blasters principle (tire you PC so that you could get the most effective stretch ever). The reason why DLD Blasters is one of the best (if not the best) length exercises is behind its principle (you tire you PC off, so that it does no "defensive kegels" and not resist your stretch. Once I read DLD saying that is the surgery method- they cut the suspensory part and send people home with extenders and stertching routines. Doing what I wrote above is a perfect way to mimic this whole thing. Therefore, this would be as effective as having a PE surgery, but with the difference that you PC will be stronger, it will safe and natural, and no one's gonna cut nothing). Try doing both and see which one works better for you.

Another thing is- post masturbation stretch. Refractionary period should be long enough for you to do your lenth session. Plus, it is the best stretc you can do. See this! (Click th "this" button). Hope I helped. Try this and tell me what works for you :)
 
Bust one before you stretch. If you are doing girth work also, do it at a different session when you will need an erection.

Btw zambo u wrote very much but i didnt understand 100% what i have now to do q.q You mean when im stretching and my penis get a little bit erected i dont have stop stretching but contiune stretching ? With an a little bit erected penis ?

I didn't consider the language difference. What I meant to say was for you to ejaculate before stretching. This will help you not to get an erection. Also, do your girth work at a different time and do not ejaculate before your girth session.

Oooooooh thanks a lot i tried it on this way but im 16ten years old and in the phase when i ejaculate i can get fast pimples on my face x.x and i dont want pimples on my face i hate it
 
Well, I wrote what I wrote and I see no reason on why you shouldn't understand it LMAO

Basically- either use the EQ to do some jelqs and once you have your EQ off- then continue your stretching session. OR jack off before length- just as tef said :)

If that were true then all of us would be pimple faces:) Don't believe that shit; that's not causing your pimples.
 
Im sure that this is true because always when i mastrubate the next day i get pimple

Btw. would it be a good idea when i start with the Dld-Blaster to exhaust the pc muscle so it would be harder to get erected ???

So ye, aHydromax the Dld - blaster didnt help me to stop the small erection at the basic stretches..

Would it be also a good idea to still start with dld blaster and then continue with the wet jelqs and the end to begin with the basic stretching ??



P.S.: sometimes i dont get only a small erection i get a full erection
 
Then ejaculate 1-2-3 times before stretching (in a row)- that way- believe me- there is just no way you'd get hard during stretching! :)

I think i should stay stretching my Penis with a small erection, either way you said it is pretty good for good gains with a small erection, isnt it ? ;D
 
You can stretch with a full erection if desired, it will not hinder gains or cause issues.

It does take more intensity so be sure to add the extra effort since erectile tissue is denser than it's softer flaccid state. Two handed stretching is good, also deep, internal stretching is wonderful while erect.
