Yeah, there will be a section on articles alone. We tried to do this within the forum but it never really took off. I think giving the articles their own page would be a smarter thing. I am hoping to also make MOS 100% free in the future so the site will be a great place to organize this stuff.

Without a doubt, all the other sites just made me want to stay away from P.E. until I came here.

It is the camaraderie, the mutual love and respect we have for each other. We are a family here and we work together, as a unit, to bring the world the latest and greatest developments in PE.

for years i thought a combination of the two was best, until recently i gave the stretching a rest.
I never had the chance to see how long expansion can really stay in it's full capacity, because prior to just recently i thought that if i didnt stretch i wouldn't gain.
(the reason is early in my training i gained a lot of length doing both, so i though i had to stretch to gain either way)
Plus, i thought that if i did girth and didnt stretch, i would lose length.
But anyways, so i started doing girth sessions, and just leaving it, no stretching or anything, and the crazy thing is, my expansion stays for days at a time, where as before, no matter how much expansion i got, the second i did some stretching, i would go right back to my original girth.
And funny enough, i just did some bundled stretching after reading the post, and BAM, right back to my original size.
So, atleast for me, ill stick to just girth work, and do one thing at a time.

I'm doing length and girth on same day. I normally do my length work first before girth and once I'm done with pumping, I only do erect stretches before going to bed.
