I know I'm not unique in saying I've always hated the jelq. It takes too long. Maintaining the erection level is annoying. I think my brain is asleep. And so on. Which does stink a bit, because even if it gives you no gain, it does have many benefits otherwise. But that's for another thread.

As some may know because they find me incredibly interesting or are here too much not to, I am going through a fairly intense SRT stylized length routine that includes, literally, thousands of kegals. Sort of the steamed veggies of the pe world. They're great for you, but they're about as flashy as fancy dirt.

So during my past few warm downs, which includes a short edging session and a bathmate session, I was doing my usual getting hard thing. Which usually includes some jelqing motions just out of habit. While they really were useless to me, I've always done them anyway, but kegals... Oh lord what an under emphasized price of the puzzle you are...

I actually found myself enjoying the exercise I have always loathed. I found I had complete control over erection level. One mild kegal per squeeze and up it goes. Hold off on kegals for a slow and gradual decrease. I was shocked, and I must have done a full routine of them just exploring how different it was. It was actually amazing to me. I can seriously say I like jelqs.

So that's the point of this little thread. Yet another awesome side effect of the kegal. Seriously should be taught in school by law to both sexes. I don't know how I even did "ok" without these. Meanwhile many old timers here are probably thinking "well yea, we've been saying that for years", but I always took it as an option.

Kegals are not an option. They're the single most quintessential exercise for every pe routine. Go Nike and just do it.

That is a great story. I was thinking that you still hated it and I was about to suggest SlowSqushJelqs but I guess I was wrong. I am super excited that you are taking cues from SRT, no matter what routine anyone is using SRT will help make the routine more powerful in gaining size and more powerful in it's healing methods. The exercise of the SRT routine also remain flexible and if you or anyone else needs help in modifying the routine please just ask.

Never liked them either. Too time consuming, little in return, very time inefficient, good likelihood of causing thrombosed veins, etc. For girth there's squeezes and such and for length, the obvious options.

I've heard they're actually beneficial with lower intensity. Clears things up and all that. Good for eq.

Seems like a warm up to a maintenance routine to me. But it's nice to know I'm not going to dread them when I get to that.

Rock the SlowSquashJelq and get ultimate expansion and limit issues caused by jelqing.

I have to admit since I began PE again in October I haven't done a single kegel. I know and believe in their benefits, but I just can't stand doing them.

What do you guys think about adding maybe 300 quick kegels in after my routine on a daily basis? Is that enough to get some results or is it too few so that it is a waste of time?

Maintaining the erection level is annoying

This can be used with either regular jelqs or SSJs .. try it and see what you think..

[This presupposes that the user has prior experience with clamping. As always, go slow and use good judgment instead of exuberance.]

Do some prefatigue expansion/tumefaction of the penis by alternating brief sets of clamping and cockringing. (speaking of an elastomeric 'stretchy' cockring which only fits firmly when you're erect, nothing tight or hardcore/metal) -- Do a light clamping set ... just whatever one would personally do, and then while still very erect .. get out of the clamp(s) and into the cockring.

These effects are similar, but they perfuse slightly different tissues. After two or three repetitions of switching from clamping to cockringing you'll probably find that your dick wouldn't droop if someone jabbed it with a vial of Depo. (Kidding, .. slightly.) If you get the same effect from it that I did it's pretty much the perfect jelquing state. You should be able to maintain it just through occasional kegeling but can also put the cockring back on and/or cycle it off and on if needed. Since it'd be a stretchy which barely fits, taking it off and on is really fast and easy.

This isn't as overboard as jelquing while in a clamp etc, so it should maintain a nice margin of safety from bruising and blowouts, - and it allows increased tissue movement/manipulation than simply adding manual pressure while clamped.

Since you'd be starting the jelq/SSJ sets in a highly expanded and prefatigued state, a little goes a long way. Don't go too far at first until getting some experience regarding the amount of soreness etc to expect on the following day.

Hey it's a good start. I know that getting in a lot of kegels can be annoying to some men but push through this as the benefits in enlargement are great. Do what you can do that's all I ask and you will see the big difference it does make and erection quality and in stamina but most importantly gaining in size.

so what would you suggest for people who dont like jelqing at all and have thrombosis problem ????

well first you need to rest until its healed but once it has healed I would suggest using the SlowSquashJelq because this exercise does not cause open ended blood flow like the jelq, there is no sliding of the hands forcing blood unevenly. The SSJ these are the hands stationary making manipulations to the compression both hands which encompassed the whole shaft.

Take a half viagra and this should help maintain your erection level while doin jelqs.
