So I've tried Penis Enlargement about 3 times now since i found out about it 5 or so years ago and all three times i got no gains whatsoever <:(

On those three occasions i religiously pe'd for about 3 months, i followed everything down to a T, i also tried different combinations of on/off days, was taking penis pills (some of the time), tried various devices.......and nothing worked. After being so dedicated for three months and seeing nothing from it, is very disheartening so gave up.

So why doesnt Penis Enlargement work for me? What am i doing wrong? Am i jelqing too hard? Too soft? Its so frustrating, as i really want this to work!

I actually just started again today, because i am thinking of getting surgery and decided i will give Penis Enlargement one last go before i resort to surgery but i have little faith in it working......

btw, my workouts have usually just been the typical noob type workout, 5 mins warm-up with infra-red light, 5 mins stretching, 10 mins jelqing, 5 mins warm down......so why doesnt that work for me?
 
5mins of stretching won't do much but condition or maintain. Answer you question, you are doing too little. Get into 30-45 mins of stretching. Jelq slow and hard for 20 mins. DLDs Newbie routine will work. Pull hard.

It doesn't work because you don't believe it works so all you get is more of it not working!
 
those kind of newbie routines didn't do too much for me either. What kinda devices did you try? If you showed some detailed logs it would be easier to determine where you went wrong.
 
I think you should draw a line under your past experiences with Penis Enlargement. Start afresh - set a target re size, then start the newbie program. Dont rush it, take your time. But you need consistency, using the methods correctly and keep a positive outlook. Penis Enlargement is possible and works - I was surprised at how well it works- but you need to keep at it and stay focussed.

What were your routines like? what exercises were you using and how long were you spending on it?
 
Penis Enlargement is an endeavour that requires 100% dedication, comittment and effort. Anything less yields zero results; not like most things in life where half-assed effort yields half-assed results.
So: Penis Enlargement:100%
No Penis Enlargement: 50%=50%=50%=0
 
90% of this is Psychological and it sounds as if you admitted defeat before actually really allowing it (The gains) to take affect. I know this sounds harsh but its a harsh reality we must face. Be positive and results will come to you.
 
I am far from a pro on doing Penis Enlargement but it sounds like you need to up the intensity. I also think in your circumstance going buy what you said you would benefit from using something like the Bathmate , the Bathmate going buy what i have read on these forums (i don't have one yet) shows you results as you use it. So i suggest consider a Bathmate to help you visualise what will be and to help with motivation.
Read through the Bathmate forums and see if you think it could help you out.

Stop and take a look at people's signatures before making ignorant statements. I've gained close to a 1/2 in about 8 months and much of my time was spent working out with subpar intensity. I have no doubt that I could gain another 1/2 within 4 months.

Believe what you want and I'll keep gaining.

this is why you see so many people on this site claiming that they havent gained anythign after months of doing the exercises, only a few people of the hundres on this site, claim to have gained 1 inch or 2 inches, and they know is not even permanent. for the majority of people it doesnt work, this is not lie, is a fact, just look at all the thread of people saying they havent gained anything.

then the owner and others user that did happend to gained 1 inch of lenght (not permanent), come and say, you dont gain because you dont believe it will work LMAO

what a stupid phrase.

Again, you have not looked around very much, have you? Pictures of proof of gains are all over this forum. Mainly in the PICTURE PROOF (GO FIGURE, I know right??) forum. Please, if all you intend to do here is whine and pass around your skeptical doubt, don't bother.


In regards to the OP:

I'm sorry you've been around Penis Enlargement off and on for a few years now with little to show for it. It definitely sounds like most of your problem is due to a lack of actual time invested. A total time of 5-10 minutes of Penis Enlargement daily will not work for most men "newbie" or not. The men who replied before me above have given solid advice.

The simple facts are that alot of people on this site have gained, not just length and girth, but better erections and confidence. Its your right to be cynical, perhaps I would be too, but then I see that my dick is longer and thicker than before I did any Penis Enlargement, and the gains remained even when I did not do any Penis Enlargement. And as for not gaining by not believing - it may be put in a simple way - buts its very true, if you start any endeavour with the belief that it will not work, then there is a high probability of failure as you are geared up for a negative outcome, hence less focus, input or dedication.
 
Before I knew about Matters of size my whole early workout was only stretching.How did I gain? By being smart about it.

I had been reading stuff in magazines and online; you know the stuff, "Shut up and Be happy with that tiny thing God gave you". I came across a few things on surgery. It explained how cutting the suspensory ligament could lengthen your penis. Th earticles I read warned against this.

I had been doing yoga and my body was changing. Things in my body were stretching. One day it dawned on me that if I knew what my suspensory ligament was and where it was, I could probably stretch it just like the rest of my body stretched during yoga.

I came up with one exercise and did it and only it for about a year and a half. I was dedicated about it, but not crazy. Maybe half an hour per day.

I never took a measurement at the start but after my first month it seemed bigger. So I started using a wood shim to measure after each work out. I gained maybe 1.5 inches by one stretch alone.

After that time I found MOS and added new things to my work out.

You need to really think about what and how you are doing things. Not gaining makes me think you are not doing Pe right. DLD's newbie workout is a good thing, but you need to tailor the work out to your own dick. Try something different.
 
thanks for the replies

like i said in the first post, my workout usually looked something like this;

5 mins warm-up w/ infra-red lamp
5 mins 15 sec stretches
10 mins jelqing
5mins warm down

this is what i would generally do, but i would increase the times the further i got into it, also i started using a power jelq device after 2 months......i also tried different combinations of on/off days

i think maybe i was jelqing too hard? as i noticed that erection quality and frequency definetly decreased every time i was pe'ing

anyway, i have decided that i will stick with pe until xmas and if i havent seen results again by then, i will go for surgery
 
I would say you are not doing enough. Stretching should be a minimum of 20 minutes per day. Jelqing needs an increase too, try 20 minutes sets. If time is an issue break it up into 2 workouts (girth and length), one in the AM and one in the PM.
